Thank you Chris (Tiong bahru Plaza) , she really very professional and she understand what I want. I don't like to go salon cos normally it will have to sit there for a long time before it done. Chris is so skillful with speed. I love my hair style, all thank to Chris. I will strongly recommend ppl to go there to look for Chris. ???

First time here, glad to have as Mabel as my hair stylist. She was meticulous and did a nice cut. She listened and I was comfortable throughout the session. Thanks Mabel.

Didn't get the guy's name. I went for just a hair wash and he remembered me from many years ago. I was glad it was the same person because he had advised me then to see a doctor regarding my scalp issue. Now that it had gotten better I wanted to go back for a wash as I am happy with the services there.

My hair was previously bleached on April 2020 and I did a soft rebonding with another hair salon on November 2020. I was attended by a junior stylist at Kimage on 2 October 2021 that was not able to communicate in English therefore had another person to help us translate. I was told that since I had previously bleached, the junior stylist did not recommend me to do a soft rebonding ($140) but to do another treatment ($260). I mentioned that $200+ was over my budget and asked if there would be other services that i can do instead. He said that I could colour my hair which I declined as I would like to improve the texture of my hair, not colour. Therefore, we proceed with the soft rebonding however, i was told that since the bottom half of my hair was bleached, the results on the bottom half of my hair will not be very straight. I said it was fine because I wanted a soft rebonding anyways. When the junior stylist started the treatment on me, he only put the rebonding cream on the top half of my hair. (I was not told that the soft rebond will be done on the top half of my head. I was told the results on the bottom half will not be as great. It contradicts how Ive had my soft rebonding done with another salon even when i had a full bleached hair). After that he asked if I would like to top up another $150 for a good treatment or a normal treatment for $50. I told him that I am okay with the $50 treatment. Once the rebonding was done (only on the top half of my head), he started on the treatment, washed cut and blow dry my hair. It was fine and i liked the look of it. Unfortunately, after 4 days, this is the state of my hair right now. The ends are split, hard and im unable to comb through. It looks as though my ends were fried although the soft rebond was done on the top half of my head. Not sure if it is due to the treatment but i was very upset with the results. Prior to this, i have always been washing, blowing and straightening my hair when getting ready on my own and my hair was never in this condition. Unfortunately, my hair was more smoother before doing the soft rebond + treatment. Disappointed.

I booked appointment and Cris is always there early before i come. Cris will always suggest my hairstyle , color and treatments especially when my hair started to have hair fall. I always looked beautiful and refreshed whenever i come to the Kimage salon at Tiongbahru. The staffs are with welcoming smile and good attitude. They all work well even though it’s very busy. I felt relaxed and comfortable to the beach lace and people. I was with this same salon for 25 years and i am glad knowing the Kimage. I have tried other salon but I still liked this place because of the staff and atmosphere of the salon and of course my forever hair stylist Cris. She is the best. She treat her customers like a friend and we can have a chat and opinions about anything. Nice talking to her.

I think I've gone through every stylist in this branch. All of them are superb. They are attentive to customers walking in (the entrance is literally facing the hallway so they can see people approaching from miles away) and the ambiance of the place is good it doesn't have the "dark cave" feel (they have a window!). Shout out to Miss Mabel who did a good job last night. As much as i want to keep the experience last longer my hair tends to become oily when not washed everyday. She did gave me tips on how to manage it and keep the look within a short period of time. Thanks again!

Great place with skilled hairdresser. Jerry Huo was my stylist and he did the balayage exactly how I wanted it! No orangy colour tones and good attention to detail. Highly recommend :)

Fabulous! Mabel, my hair stylist did a magnificent cut and colour - she examined my think bush of hair and recommended styles that would make the hair look chic and neat. Her skills are great and she was meticulous in the way she executed both the cut and colour. She has an easy going demeanour and made me comfortable through the session. Left the saloon looking great! Thank u!
