★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unwilling to change my spectacles nose pad for free and insisted on changing it for 2 dollars even though I was going to make a purchase. Previously inquired abt using acuvue app voucher and a staff said I could use even though the acuvue points were acquired from another spectacle shop. Following time I went, the other staff said cannot. Completely dissatisfying experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time buying from this shop and totally disappointed. specs degree is too low and I did mention to them but they keep insisting me to come back 2 week later. waste my effort and money!
got my eyes check again from a different shop and they managed solve my issues and I got a new spec from them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there were very patient they taught me how to wear contact lenses I spent at 2hr plus learning how to wear contact lenses They tried hard by guiding me and giving me encouragement! I really appreciate their help! Thank you @spectacle hut tiong bahru plaza!
They deserve to get higher pay or getting promotion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get my spectacles adjusted. My spectacles were done at another branch at bukit batok, i didnt went back there to get it adjusted as the staff there is not helpful at all, all girls, busy chit chatting.
However the guy in this branch is very patience and helpful :) extremely grateful for him! Now i can wear my spectacles comfortably.
