No information of any cancellation fee until I wanted to cancel because of a poorly taken photo.
Previous passport photo looked OK.
The one they took made my face multiple shades darker and eye circles also prevalent.
Lady also did not look interested to do business with buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my passport photo taken…2 stars bc the service was no frills (2 mins to take and 30 mins to print), but the pictures are by far the most ugly picture anyone has taken of me. So ugly it made me question my life….Will not be coming back for passport photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this shop is ridiculous. I regret not see google view before I go there. REMIND! Never go there for passport photo. I don’t know their other services. This is the most ugly passport photo I taken. They use a tiktok small light? So u have a yellow face. lol. Very unprofessional and the elder lady may thought she is the customer god.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there to take my passport photo. They email my photo first but PS away one of arm? I ask the elder lady how can be that. She said u don’t use the original anyway. Ok. Then I try her passport photo to upload. Failed. I let her refund or retake. At first she said no way….. to be honest I really don’t want to argue or fight with her. then they can try one more time….. then we try many times….. then I found still don’t work. She keep saying I need responsible for that because my hair not trimmed and ear cannot pictured. Excuse me ?
Then I go home use 2 min to PS by myself. Just resize and adjust the pixel. Now it works. I am so happy it works now!
If u don’t know or not sure the exact requirements for passport photo please don’t do business.
For someone who get ur lovely passport photo here, u are lucky. But given their poor google review, my case won’t be the special one.

Additional email handling charge of $2 because they won't connect to thumb drives or mobile devices.
Printing charges at 50c per A4 page (B/W) and 80c for A4 (Colour).
A3 size? Double that price.
Scanning? Double that again.
Enlarging/reducing the page size? Double that again.
All the price doubling stacks (x2, x4, x8).
You have to be really desperate to be printing here for it to be worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but convenient, located at B1 of Tiong Bahri plaza. Come here for passport photo printing, takes about 10-15 mins, costs $12/p. Here’s also a DHL partner, you can send your parcel by DHL here. Very nice!
