Good service, effective treatment and good products - all at reasonable price. My dark pigments have all been either lightened or disappeared after 3-4 times of laser treatment. And also thanks to Chin Hua, her service level is good; attentive and professional. I particularly like their moisturiser because it is light and moisturising. Am still and will visit the clinic once a month, to treat my melasma problem. It should improve in time to come! Thank you Kin Mun and Chin Hua.

My teenage son consulted the clinic for acne-related issues coz the acne outbreak was affecting his self confidence. After a course of 6 months over 2 visits or so back in 2019 to monitor his condition once he diligently started on the daily cleaning and care regime, we have seen a vast improvement so much so that even his friends noticed the change. Till now we have been visiting the clinic to replenish facial products; consult any skin-related issues and really happy with the exemplary customer service and reasonable fees esp for the products. Their night clinic operations is really a bonus to cater to working people and teens with super-busy school schedule and we really appreciate the service to be able to order product replacement via what's app and collection/delivery. I am really happy to have found such a reliable and trustworthy clinic in the heartlands for skin-related issues.

I love the products from Kin Mun Clinic! I’ve been using them for many years and I’ve always found them to be good. I especially like the Gentle Foam and the sunscreen cream. I also did laser treatment for facial pigment and the result was great! My spots lightened. Hardly any down time and, best of all, painless.

Great experience at the clinic. Went to Kin Mun for acne issues, the doctor was very thorough in checking and understanding my medical history before prescribing the creams which is reassuring for me. Staff were friendly and explained how to use each product clearly, making sure the amount applied is increased very gradually to prevent any skin irritation. I used the skincare products as prescribed and got visibly clearer skin in several weeks. The products also helped reduce the frequency and severity of hormone-related breakouts. I also like the moisturizer and sunblock as they don't make my skin too oily. Overall highly recommended.

My daughters have been visiting Kin Mun clinic to treat their acne problems for several years now. In all these years, the clinic assistants whom we've met have been consistently friendly, kind and helpful. They are truly assets of the clinic! Even though we are regulars and have been using their products repeatedly, they would patiently explain carefully how we should use them, over and over again, as long as they deem it necessary. One of the doctors, Dr Janet is always so thorough and encouraging whenever we consult her. One of my daughters used to have severe outbreaks of acne, but under the consistent and persistent care of the clinic's doctors and assistants, her skin condition has improved tremendously. She is now more cheerful and confident as a result.?

I known Kin Mun for many years, all the staff there though always busy never fail to address patients needs. As in all busy clinics, sometime appointment may be delayed, I doubt there would be other clinics that will treat their patients any better than Kin Mun clinic.
