★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make people walk one big round again to go through the registration after going to kopitiam even when you have registered before and still wearing sticker. Really need to rethink processes. You won't need so many redundant useless manpower standing around and do the right thing in cutting medical costs when you don't have such useless overheads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to a clinic at Zone B, the staffs generally are very friendly and patient, their tones make patients feel that they genuinely care for them.
Had encountered a counter staff who was very professional and detailed with her work, she knows her stuff extremely well and took initiative to prep me with sufficient knowledge and detailed documents to claim for my insurance.

Its n.u.h all the way for me!!! Not keen on going to any other hospitals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and nurses are great - Professor Biswas is utmost professional, is reassuring and comes across as highly knowledgeable. Nurses' support for doctor is impeccable, arranging appointments and other logistics promptly.
Pharmacy is a tragic comedy - no offense to the staff, but whoever designed the operations should think about the number of wasteful motions and all the non-value-added activities. Also, you are kidding yourself when you start the queue time stamp at the registration counter when there is a 10+ mins queue there as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived there by Circle line Kent Ridge station for follow up medical appointments. The queue for MRI scan appointment was long, therefore, took a doctor’s referral letter and went to a private clinic to perform this scan instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No complaints about doctors and nurses, but what wrong with the pharmacy and payment?
I came 10am for 10:15 appointment, doctor checked me at 10:20 and was done by 10:30. It took 20 minutes to wait for drugs and 40 mins to pay for everything! ??? What the hell, is this some sort of sloth sabotage conspiracy at the counters?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of follow up service which requested from client. The case is critical which patient requires to continue chemo medication after blood test on 1 day before and NUH nurse supposed to follow up and advise. However is almost late PM n no news. We called and cancer hot lines said will inform nurse in charge to advise.
Till now, we still waiting n no news
