★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do note that this is a central kitchen for take out. Although you can sit there and eat you are still charged 30 cents for the take out box which is way too much for a paper box. Visited twice and the quality seems to differ on each visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at this outlet expecting a normal KOFR outlet, but was surprised to find a Select Group Cloud Kitchen stall-front. The physical signs on the stall-front states that it carries 7 F&B brands here (Lerk Thai, Niigita, Hong Kong Sheng Kee Dessert, etc.).
To order food from these brands, one has to do it through either:
(a) the single physical touchscreen kiosk (MacDonald-style), or
(b) one of the 3 food delivery platforms (FoodPanda, Grabfood, or Deliveroo).
I tried ordering from the physical kiosk, but found this was NOT possible, cos the KOFR option was grayed out on the kiosk interface (accurate as of 13 Jun evening). (Based on what other reviewer said, it seems they disable this option when there are too many food delivery orders.)
I then tried the food delivery provider options, but couldn't find a Self-Collect for KOFR in any of them :(
- Couldn't find KOFR Toa Payoh on FoodPanda.
- Found it on Deliveroo, but it doesn't have a self-collect option for eateries in general.
- Found it on GrabFood, but KOFR doesn't have a self-collect option on this platform.
In the end, I had no choice but to order Lerk Thai food, one of the other 7 Select Cloud Kitchen brands that DOES allow ordering via the physical kiosk, since I was already physically there.
Overall, a poor experience.
Note to KOFR: The fact that this outlet is a multi-brand cloud kitchen storefront with the abovementioned ordering limitations is NOT mentioned/published on your Facebook page, or anywhere else. By the time customers who reach there realise this, it's too late and they face severe restrictions in how they can place their orders and get their food on the spot. Wun be surprised if some ended up ordering from other brands as a result like I did.
Suggestion: make the abovementioned (including limitations) clear and upfront on your Facebook page for the TPY branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unorthodox foodcourt in a light industrial estate. On the 2nd floor. When i arrived it was supposed the kitchen is still operating but they are no longer taking fresh orders from the kiosk. It's a slightly modern concept to place orders from kiosk/machines but not sure if the general public is ready for it, especially in a less accessible area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The King of Fried Rice outlet here is actually a part of the Select Cloud Kitchen with 6 other restaurants. The fried rice was great with some standard even though they are expanding quite quickly. There is a self-ordering kiosk, and sometimes they disable the King of Fried Rice stall due to high demand from food delivery apps.
In this case, just kindly ask the counter lady to help you out with your order, mine was a 45mins wait. Going during non-peak hours will be a shorter wait.
They should add a stand-alone pick-up web app to allow people to order and grab and go instead of waiting for 45 mins there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pork chop is good. The rice is a bit wet for me. However not a bad choice if you do not know what to eat when you are near the area.
By the way, I came to the actual place. They are shared central kitchen focusing on delivery. You are here, you can order from the kiosk for takeaway.
