KINGSWAY MEDICAL CLINIC (Clementi) - 352 Clementi Ave 2

So I sent my girlfriend to kingsway medical clinic about 6 months ago for a checkup. Guess what, she has yet to receive the results. 6 MONTHS she waited. We tried calling their number, texted their whatsapp number and no response whatsoever. So we finally went down personally again 2 days ago in hopes of being finally able to get the results. Guess what? They couldnt get the results immediately. The clinic assistants had to check with their admin and told us to wait. We waited for about 15-20mins and still nothing. They had asked us to leave and we left a number for them to get back. Still nothing after 2 days. We then tried calling them again and texting them. No one responded yet again to no surprise. If the results are lost or could not be located in the database for whatever reasons, at least inform us instead of going full MIA. It is NOT the patient's job to be reaching out to the clinic ever so often to get the results while clinic goes silent for MONTHS. This is probably the most irresponsible thing a healthcare provider can do to someone. No remediation. No response. No results. Will ask all of you who are thinking about going down to have a second thought.

Waited more than 40mins at walk in queue. Asked clinic staff if queuing in correct lane (non ARI) and told yes. However after seeing 3 patients get registered before me, I asked clinic staff again and was told I was queuing in the wrong lane (only 1 single queue for all patients). Suggest not to put up signage for ARI and non ARI queues if only ARI queue is attended to

I booked virtual testing and wanted to change my testing date. Sent email to Swab Station, wixbookings and Kingsway medical. None of them replied. Very poor customer service. I am still waiting. Makes me worry the testing may screw up on day of testing. Can I cancel booking and get a refund?

Initially I was abit worried after reading some negative reviews here but I needed a quite last minute PCR so I still went ahead to this clinic and I'm very happy that I did! The swabber(a Philippino male?) was extremely gentle throughout the process. This felt even less uncomfortable than the usual ART I did at other places! The best swabber I have encountered! The registration part went quite smoothly and I gotten my result within their promised time frame as well. Definitely will go back to them again should I need another PCR for my next holiday! Scam alert!! Based on their advertising, booking process and email confirmation it stated "If you do your PCR swab before 5pm, you will get your results by 3pm the next day." Went there before 4pm and once there they said that in order to get it before my 17:20 flight i need to pay express as they cannot guarantee the results in time. They claimed it was in the website but the disclaimer only comes at the very bottom which no one will see once you click book now. Although the disclaimer is placed, it was done so in a way that you would have to really look for it. Obviously baiting people to come and then leaving them with no choice but to pay $200 extra to do express. I decided to do express elsewhere since i did not want them to profit from their false advertising. Will report them to consumer protection for sure.

At first, the hospitality is fine. Then suddenly, 1 patient enter and everything become slow. All the staffs attend to the patient which is from overseas. Leaving other patients out. Furthermore, they charged us a lot. I thought there's 30% off for video consultation. My neighbour goes to the same place but was charge $10, but we are charge $60? Then another day I came again to ask for another purpose, the staff just ask 'you come here for?'. Rude. I left.

Beware! Please reconsider if you intend to visit this clinic for any medical tests. 3 of my family members went for pre-departure PCR tests last month. 1 was negative, 1 had an invalid result, and 1 turned out positive. We had to visit a second time and pay an additional $70 for a re-swab for the invalid result. Furthermore, because the one who's "Covid positive" was asymptomatic, have been ART-negative for the past week and tested negative on another PCR test at the airport 2 days ago, we decided to do a second PCR because the previous batch of results was suspicious. After another $288 and over 17 hours later for their "Express" PCR, this second test was negative but the memo stated the wrong date and time. Sure, there is a probability of false positives in all tests. However, 33% accuracy for PCR tests is unacceptable. After our harrowing experience with Kingsway Medical Clinic (Clementi) and their diagnostic laboratory, Molecular Lab, everyone is advised to stay away from these businesses. If you do not want to waste your time and money, there are better medical centres along that stretch of shops. This review took so long to post because I tried to reach out to this clinic first. However, there has been no response through any mode of contact after 1 month wait and counting. Edit: Wow, it takes a public Google review to finally receive a response from this clinic. Is this what you meant by "reaching out to you earlier"? Because we certainly have not heard from anyone from Kingsway Medical Clinic at all. Rest assured that we have no need or intent to make unfair statements. Regarding the express swab, please state in specific numerical terms to prove that it "was in fact delivered much before the promised timing". In addition, if your administrative team had ample time to check details, why was there an error in the memo? Moreover, we never received any amended memo. Thankfully the stated time was still within the 48-hour window despite your mistake printing 4am instead of 4pm. Anyone who's awake would know that it is impossible for the test to have been conducted outside of your clinic operating hours. If your "false positive and invalid rates are estimated to be 0.1% or less", how do you explain these 2 proven unreliable tests? Furthermore, during our second visit, Dr Lim Yu Jin Jordan dismissed our suspicions of a false positive test and insisted that the test results were accurate despite a Ct value of 39.2 and multiple PCR and ART tests that were negative for an asymptomatic person for the past week. We only managed to get on our flight because we did not follow your Doctor's poor advice, and paid a total of $652 for 3 actual pre-departure memos. It is a shame that you and your partner laboratory are both accredited. We made a big mistake in visiting this supposedly reputable clinic, only to have undergone such a traumatic experience. Be warned!

First time visiting this clinic and I must say the doctor and staffs are super friendly. Queue might be a little long due the influx of travellers for pre departure swab, the young staff over the counter remained cool headed and patient. As for the doctor, I didn’t get his name but he wears glasses. My first medical checkup at this clinic made me want to go back for my annual checkup. Super professional. My honest truth is, yes I will go back again.
