Love it! It’s my first time here and Vivian is very nice and attentive. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during the treatment and can definitely see the improvement after. Their packages are also pretty good since it allows you to do any kind of treatment, unlike most other facial places. Particularly loved the aquapeel it was so confortable compared to usual extraction and my skin feels so clean after. Highly recommend!

Went for a face treatment and served by the therapist Koni. A very professional service being offered, literally feel relax and comfortable throughout the session and it was incomparable to the other places I went before. She is patient and very detailing in explaining how the steps and effects the treatment are going to work on my face. Definitely gonna recommend this to my beloved friends and family!

My sensitive skin has been under control since I started with Cheongdam, really enjoyed my facial sessions. I just leave my skin to their care, and they would recommend the appropriate treatment for the day. I will recommend Fangmin and Koni :D I also do my lashes extension with Cheongdam, Moon is my to-go lady. My eyes have always been very sensitive and she made the process very comfortable. I am not sure if it is just me, but I go on with my daily skin routine like my lashes extension is non-existent and they still look quite decent after 2~3 weeks. Overall, prices at Cheongdam are really affordable and transparent. Most importantly, their staff are non-pushy and genuine.

Had my very first appointment today with Koni and I have to say it was an exceptional experience and I would totally recommend her! For someone who has difficulty sleeping and with the magical and gentle touch from Koni running through my face makes me feel comfortable enough to fell asleep in the midst of the treatment ?? Shortly after proceeded with micro needling treatment and Honestly speaking it was a pleasant experience with 0 pain (Exceeded my expectations) I would like to express my thanks to Koni for the explanations on each treatment and for the overall great experience from start to end I’d give her a ? It was a great experience at square 2’s outlet with Vivian and Koni! They were really patient with my questions on how to treat my face better after each treatment. Not only are they not pushy with sales, but they are also knowledgeable on how to maintain one’s skin to its glowy beautiful self(:! Personally, I have tried the chanel skin booster, glass skin, double moisture treatment, 5 steps oxygen facial, astrodome etc. They are all really good for the skin depending on your needs! Always feel free to consult them before you do any treatment so that they are able to recommend you according to your skin condition that day. Kudos and please continue to keep up the good work! I started Cheongdam in November 2021 with recommendation from my sister. Their outlet located at Novena Square 2 is easily accessible with direct connection to MRT and with close proximity to my work place. I like how transparent they are with their prices and their no hardsell policy, which I myself dislike the most whenever I visit a beauty salon. After doing a face analysis, Vivian recommended a few treatment which could help address and improve my skin condition. During my first treatment with Vivian, I tried the 5 steps pure oxygen therapy with 20% first trial discount. I felt my skin is more radiant after the session, which prompted me to sign a VIP package with them. The usage of point system in their package is easy to understand and value for money. After a few session, I was told by my love ones that my skin condition has improved a lot and they are keen to try out Cheongdam as well. Definitely looking forward to renew my package and try some other treatments that are available here.

My first time visiting Cheongdam yesterday and before I went down, I was already very impressed with Joan, the reception’s service over WhatsApp and call. She was very speedy, efficient and helpful. My therapist at Square 2 was Fangmin. She was very friendly and helpful too. The whole experience was very comfortable. She provided honest advice from the deep skin analysis in the recommended treatments, and was able to give good knowledge of what were the suitable treatments for my skin type and condition. I also appreciate that she did not hard sell. I like how flexible and targeted Cheongdam’s style is with facial and treatments. Even pricing and vip point redemption are very transparent. Everything was available online for you to easily access any info you need. I’ll recommend this place.

Had been coming to Cheongdam Novena outlet for facial for almost a year now and im very satisfied with the facial treatments done here! The therapists here are still so genuine and friendly. Highly recommand my therapist Koni, shes very proffesional, gentle and impressed with her personal touch. Always loved her recommendations and she never failed to explained the process each time I'm there. The whole facial process is so comfortable that I fell asleep and woke up with clear and bright complexion. Most importantly there's no hard sellings compared to the other facial salons that I've been too which made my trip to the facial treatments here stress free! Five stars!
