My hair born with apart without hair ,Many barbers were afraid to cut with me. However, Norman easily helped me solve this problem. Every time I changed my hairstyle, I was very satisfied and surprised. Norman is very friendly and humorous.

Norman is a very professional and skillful hair stylist. Each time I walked out looking edgy and confident. My friends and families will give good comments too. He is good in this coloring techniques and hair cut. I must emphasis that my scalp don't feel sensitive after all the hair colour I did all these years. Highly recommend to look for Norman if you want to look great!

Have a bad experience yesterday. Went for scalp treatment and was done by a young gal. Don’t have the skill to massage the scalp and don’t even know the correct way to use the hair steamer. The steamer was placed high above my head and only the last 5 mins, a lady came to push down the steamer so that it covered the top of my head. The worst part is she only rinsed my hair without shampoo. I asked her why my hair was not washed and she replied “no need”. After the treatment, I asked my friend whether our hair was washed previously, she told me of course need to wash the hair. I regret not insisted her to wash my hair. She can’t even handle to blow the hair well. The treatment is just a waste. Expect high standard from your salon.

Came back here again for a trim and a body massage on my off day. I tried the 1hr massage for the first time and it didn't disappoint, the price is reasonable as well. The newly renovated salon is so pretty and service was excellent as usual, friendly staff. Satisfied with my visit and will definitely be back! :)

Requested to wash my hair and cut my long fringe to air bangs. Stylist just took my whole chunk of fringe and snipped it short. I told her that i want airbangs that are thin and she argued back saying she need the shape first before thinning it. And she proceeded to snip even shorter. When i said i wanted air bangs she even said okay and acted like she knew what it was supposed to look like. Now i end up having an uneven grassy look of short fringe which i cant even use a roller (which is commonly used for airbangs.) Update: went back for a trim to make the fillers at the side more natural. norman did a great job... helped me to trim my fringe more evenly too and bothered using an iron to curl slightly..

Peter did an amazing job, getting me the pink hair I wanted. My hair had been bleached before, then dyed dark with box dye because I didn't like how it looked. I thought we'd definitely need to cut it short, but he managed to maintain most of my length, lift the dark dye, and the texture of my hair is still soft and smooth. The whole process was surprisingly fast; I was technically done with the bleach and dye by in 4 hours. He actually had no pink dye in the shop, because they don't have many customers who do unusual colours, but he blended the dyes he did have to create this pink for me. Rachel washed and blew dry my hair, and she checked with me to see if she was hurting me, but she never once caused me any pain. I have a pretty sensitive scalp and considered the bleach and dye, my hair was tangled and hard to deal with, but she still managed to get it smooth and perfect without causing me any discomfort. They had a big sign advertising Atome, and when I had problems signing up for the app, another lady at the cashier gave me the WiFi password to help me get the app up and running. I even love the music (piano renditions of popular mandopop) and the seats here (comfortable, butt did not ache).
