Best Medical clinic in Singapore

H	H Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff, demands for physical IC during registration. When explained that I had been to the same clinic for years and had just came 2 weeks ago, this staff still demanded for my Clinic, and refused to check system when I told him my IC number. I showed him my digital IC but he demanded that I show all details, when asked what exactly that he needed, he snatched my phone away. When asked for his name, he scribbled something unreadable and threw it on the counter, and told me to go figure his name. Would not recommend this place.
D	David W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid if possible. End up waiting 30-45mins for registration, then waiting another 45mins to see a doctor. Seems the practice prioritise PCR/ART’s for travelling instead of attending to the sick patients who sit patiently in the waiting room for hours. Totally unacceptable, PCR/ART should be done elsewhere.
A	Anne Wilde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment but when arrived was told general Dr consultation no appointments. Took 2.5 hours after told one hour wait & despite online booking. Inadequate seating & too many people. Appalling client management but Dr's are still good.
L	Li Rong Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited yesterday evening and was seen by an Indian doctor whom I cannot recall the name despite asking the reception outside. He was detailed, asking many questions, and was patient. Appreciate that a lot. Not my first visit, other doctors were kind too. One downside is the space, area for waiting is small.
C	CW K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The registration was smooth but quite crowded. Waited more than 1.5hrs to see doctors although only 9 were in front of our number with 2 consultation rooms running. Noticed that the problem was with the Q system. The numbers will jump back and forth, eventually missing our number. Finally, I have to ask the nurse at the counter before she reminded the doctors to call us. The Q system can be better.
B	Bella Thong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nex outlet. Not about nurses and doctors professionalism Is about the opening hours. Stated closed at 1pm and we arrived at 12.25pm, they said have many patients still so ask us to come back at 2pm. We called before arriving, they were too busy to pick up calls. I personally feel they should not turn away patients if they are there at 12.59pm. the doc eventually seen us due to our condition. For others that arrived shortly after us, quietly left when told.
J	James Liong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Paul Tan's professionalism is worth commending. I visit the clinic late and close to their closing timing. But Dr Paul welcome me with a smile, took his time to listen to my situation. Doctors like him is kind of rare in the GP industry nowadays. This will be my go to clinic from now onwards. Thank you Dr Paul and his team!
s	siddhartha banerjee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprised to see so many negative reviews about Raffles NEX. I have been there 3 times. Every time the receptionists have been very polite. The doctors I met were patient and provided me with good advice and medication to cure me soon. On a Sunday, there were around 5 people before me and still I could see the doctor within a 20-25 min wait which is pretty acceptable. They are open all days and with quite a good schedule spread over the day. Thanks for serving the people.
