I booked my appointment for a flu and a pneumococcal vaccination over the phone. The support staff who interacted with me were very friendly: Jasmine Lye, Lynn Lu and Susan Wong (Thanks for your courtesy and professionalism.).The clinic has a very high ceiling, and is big, clean and airy. It is better than all the private clinics I have been to. I was however shocked by the high prices because I had expected an NTUC clinic to be cheaper. In reality there is NO subsidy for the vaccinations although it is an NTUC affiliated clinic. There is also NO senior discount. For the two jabs, total cost was about $240. Polyclinics will be much cheaper because of government subsidies.

Brought my Son who’s having fever and running nose here for the first time and it was a quick and efficient experience. I was hoping to find a regular trustable family clinic for future visits as I think he is old enough for us not to visit expensive pediatric clinics. The medical staff and Doctor were pleasant and professional. Plus, the cost is affordable with or without Chas card!

The doctor diagnosed me incorrectly as dengue during the day of my visit, sending me for dengue blood test. When I headed back down to collect my dengue results, another doctor prescribed me antibiotics (clearly something I do not need), and I only realised subsequently it was because the antibiotics cost $63 for just 70 tablets. I dont think it is ethical of the clinic to be charging the patients at such an exorbitant rate. It seems like I can get the tablets from online at half the rate that was charged. Really disappointed with the pricing policy of this clinic. Will not visit again.

Registration queue was VERY messy. There was zero organisation when there's a high patient rate. And because of the messy queue, I was nearly rejected, as they claimed to have a high patient rate and couldn't serve the demand, even when I came first before the aunties who cut my queue. Was given an exaggeration wait time of 1.5hr when the actual wait time was only 30 minutes. Really suspect that the staff wanted to knock off earlier that's why they made an exaggerated wait time. To be very honest, the doctor who attended to me was really friendly and given very good advice to my skin situation. Would revisit if there's an improvement to the frontliners and queue system.

2nd visit for older daughter and 1st visit for youngest. Today the girls are seen by Dr Janine Yeo and she is a very patient and attentive doctor. All the nurses and staff are very friendly too. There are quite a number of elderly when we visited and from my observation, the nurses are all very polite, helpful & patient with them. The clinic is clean and waiting area is comfortable. Charges are reasonable. Will return if I need to visit a doc even if it's a little far from my house.

blood test results took so long to come back. even if it’s non emergent I would like for me to be able to view my results before going back to see the doctor again. And the front entrance lady not the best

Their lunch break was 1pm to 2pm. My friend and i went in at 2:30pm and saw little to nobody inside. But had to wait 1 hour just for an ART swab and another 45mins to 1 hour to see the doctor. People that came before us managed to see the doctor first and even left first. Dont know what kind of queue system that they are using but definitely very ineficient. Ended up paying $70+ for everything. Should have just went to another family clinic and gotten more efficient processes to be honest.
