It cannot be called an experience centre when you cannot experience any of the products. Its more of a showroom. See only. Everything needs to be indented (4mths). My husband decided not to get anything from kohler after going there. Wasted trip down.

Went there expecting to see the Prolific and Stages kitchen sinks. Sales girl didnt even know which model they had on display, and had to run ahead to check upstairs. All her answers were halting and unsure, said the sinks could not be stopped to be filled, didnt know what taps they had etc etc. I gave up after 5 minutes. No point having so called sales people around in an experience centre with ZERO product knowledge and of ZERO help spouting rubbish . Absolutely disappointing experience!

Showroom made to look posh but staff not very willing to offer quality service. Product quality is below hansgrohe and gorhe but the staff have their heads in the clouds thinking they are selling a totally unmatched product. Product knowledge is poor and staff is unable to answer most questions about product lines. Materials feel substandard, however it looks good to the naked eye. Recommended if you want a kitchen/bathroom that is great looking on the outside, but feels cheap to the touch.

Poor experience. Nobody there. No appointments. Went at 1 and turned away. β€œYou need to call us to make an appointment”. It’s sad they Kohler probably spent quite a lot of money on this location but staff is just …..

Went over to their showroom then realised only by appointment. Called them and to try my luck see if able to slot 2 pax in but she said she already had 2 appointment coming. And when i was replying her halfway, she hang up my phone cuz she saw me standing outside. I was wondering such a big showroom only can accommodate 2 appointments?? When she open the door, her face was as dark as Justice Bao. My partner asked her in a nice way if we are able to go into their showroom to take a look ourselves if we don't need assistance. Guess what's her reply?? "I can't let you guys in and see yourself, what's if something missing and who is going to be responsible?" I was quite upset that we are being treated like a thieves. Maybe we are not properly dressed. Then she just walk in with her clients and get another lady colleague to arrange an appointment. Din manage to get her name, but her colleague Jaslyn is much more friendly and professional than her. Rude Auntie, I can only say, if you want to be Atas, train yourself to be more professional. We don't deserve such Rude and Lousy service from you, not even if you are the Lady boss.

Tried my luck with KEC without any appointment. To my surprise, Jasline who took my call was extremely patience with my search for an electronic seat cover despite having her busy Sat scheduled customers. She was prompt, polite and detail oriented in helping with my request. Search out the correct model I need based on measurements and send me the brochures all within the hour. Professional and knows her products well. Indeed a pleasurable encounter and helps me place an order seamlessly. Kudos and thank you for the experience, Jasline. Had a great experience here! Even though we didn’t make the appointment on Saturday, Serena was so helpful and showed us around. Her knowledge of products is superb. Would definitely introduce this place to all our friends and families if they look for good quality kitchen and toilet stuff. And friendly staff too!

A very unpleasant experience with their docking officer Bryan. The water pipes, purchased from Lazada, are leaking. They sent a video of the leaking water pipe, but they refused to admit it was their product. Said to come to my home inspection may be my installation problems, and charged expensive fees. When I refused, they came to my house to check and told me that my pipes were not leaking and that someone had tightened it. Again before anyone tightened. My plumber told me during the installation that the water pipe was broken and asked me to find an agent to replace it. Bad product and bad service. Bryan isuseless person, unable to offer any useful advice.
