Koo Kee Yong Tow Foo is pretty standard in their offering because everything is pre-prepared and the ingredients are pretty much just floating in their pot waiting to be scooped. What I thought would be a fuss free 5 mins affair at most turned out to be really long and tiring. The 2 aunties manning the stall were more concerned and interested in squabbling with each other, ranging from how many people there are (only) doing the work to how the vegetables were cut. Younger 1 cooked my noodles and vegetables and asked the older 1 to take over to pack the soup. Older 1 was more interested in the foodpanda order from before, packing and checking/rechecking and continuing with her squabbles. I was left standing there wondering what happened to my soup. Turns out that she didn't catch the order from the other 1 until she was reminded and she had packed my noodles into the foodpanda order (so much for her checking and rechecking). They topped up soup and ingredients into their pot before scooping mine, so I checked if they had made sure the food was already cooked. Older 1 just looked at me and didn't reply. Younger 1 took over to reply. They can't handle in-person orders and the foodpanda orders. Customers queuing behind were also quite irritated that they had been queuing for so long but the staff were just ignoring them. When they questioned if staff were going to take orders, they were just told to wait. Not returning unless I'm too free and can afford for them to waste my time. 1 star for service, adding one more only because the food tastes the usual.
