★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portion is small, but surprisingly filling. I believe it's the chicken rice - so fragrant and had to stop myself finishing all of it. This is the $5 雞尾 portion.

Had not ate for about 2 years and decided to drop by.
Was very surprised that the rice was not fragrant, chicken was abit bland as well.

Had been visiting for at least 2 decades.
Rice is very fragrant, chicken was tender and juicy even for the breast parts.
Chili and dark soy sauce were perfect.
Achar was nice and crunchy.
Soup was served hot.
Value for money.
My favourite Chicken rice stall!
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queue are long but quite fast moving. Went at 1pm and wait for only 10 mins for order. Someone will send the food to your table.
The chicken meat quite juicy and tasty. Portion not for big eater. Rice is less amazing if compare to other stalls. Worth a try, it's above average but it is not among the best I tried before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This stall needs no introduction, going by the number of reviews it has here on Google. 925 Chicken Rice, synonymously named as the block where it is located, is a favorite of Yishun dwellers young and old, past and present.
Deliciously flavored rice, smooth and tender chicken, tangy achar pieces make for a very no-frills yet satisfying meal. Prices are reasonable, though portions do lean towards being on the smaller side. The stall is easily accessible by foot from Northpoint City.

This franchise was certainly affected by the recent disruption to supply of fresh chickens, with their serving of chicken increasingly being thin sliced.

Still, be it poached or roasted, the highlight is their gravy, robust with meaty savoury salty sweet nutty flavour, infusing the tender chewy chicken meat.

The fluffy oily rice is properly decadent with grainy savoury sweet flavour, while the juicy sliced cucumbers and achar / pickled Peranakan salad carry vegetal sweet sour tangy zesty notes.

Completed with a cloudy but tasty chicken broth. Expect a short queue, though it moves quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rice is on par with my favourite chicken rice establishment, but the chicken here is better—it has a soft and smooth texture. Scrumptious. Food is sent out quickly to your table. I also like to get a plate of vegetables from a neighbouring stall as an extra side.

Very systematic and takes instructions. The chicken is very tender and deboned. The chicken feet is a must have. One of the best and compliments the chicken rice.
