★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my dad were walking around the shoppes and saw this store. As my father entered the store he noticed some really good children collection. Immediately he fell in love with the product because the products was made in Italy with reasonable price. He really looking forward to buy some polo shirts for his grandsons. However, this sales girl just have very terrible terrible terrible customer service. She just looks so grumpy and never smile. Me and my dad have the feeling that we become a nuisance for her when we ask for some more new polo shirt collection. Our excitement of buying the red polo shirt turned 180 degree to walking out of the store without buying. If the owner of this store read my message you can check your cctv (hope if you have any). We came in to this store on February 29th at 6.30 pm. Or maybe you can confirm with the grumpy bad moody sales lady. Please please improve your sales customer service. My dad hope that you have another store in Singapore with good customer service and really looking forward to buy your children collection. Thnk u
