Jessie and Jenny seemed very experienced and knowledgeable at what they did, and explained to me what kind of brows they thought fit me best. A	Anna Goh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In summary - Hard-selling+++. Called up La Vida as a first time customer with the intention to touch up my eyebrows. I previously had my eyebrow embroidery done elsewhere in town but I wanted to get the touch up done nearer to my house. Staff claimed that they had no available appointments till few days later, so I booked a slot. I then realized I was not free on the scheduled date, so I walked down to the outlet to inform them I needed to change appointment date. Upon reaching the outlet, I took the opportunity to confirm the cost of their Classic eyebrow embroidery package (their cheapest package). What followed was an unpleasant experience where the senior staff kept hard-selling the more expensive packages. Telling me that I'm still young so I shouldn't ruin my eyebrows with their cheap Classic package. Claimed she could do the expensive eyebrow embroidery "right now" (thought they were fully booked?!?). When I declined, she kept trying to get me to make a $100+ deposit for a future appointment. It was infuriating. I'll never go back to them again.

She will check if customer is in pain when she’s treating the person. She is excellent in performing her services and I strongly recommend her? I hope the management will look into her career prospects as good and dedicated therapists are hard to find?

She was very patient in explaining the process and sincere in helping me with the eyebrow rectification and the differences there are in these services. Ada did my my eyebrows and I'm very satisfied with the result. She redesign my brows so beautifully and lifted my my look with a natural looking brows. I got back my new natural brows. It looked so good on me that I received many compliments from my friends and colleagues. I finally got a nice brows back. Great Job ladies and thank you. Overall, I had a great experience here and I recommend others whom want to get their brows fix to try out this place. I'm looking forward to my next visit again.

I initially opted for the Deluxe Creative Brow services, but since I really wanted a natural filled-in look, they were able to recommend an eyebrow shape that got me many compliments, and an alternative embroidery type which was more expensive but also didn't break the bank. They're super meticulous and careful in the treatment, and always made sure that I wasn't in pain. They were also really helpful in advising me when I had some questions regarding aftercare after the appointment. Overall it was a good experience and I can't wait to be back for my touch up!
