After much consideration, i hv decided to write this. Lawrence of Lehome called me. The calls is not to apologise but demandss to remove this negative review, argue, disturb and continue his lies, i felt threatened. Pls refer to photos for details as exceed words limit. -------------- 8 Sep 2016 : I received numerous friends asking for outcome. Thanks to all for your concerns. The outcome dated 5 sep at Small Claim Tribunal : Lawrence was ruled to compensate me certain amount. The happiest part is their cook up stories/lies to charge against me does not work, serve him right !! I can't believe a person can twist the truth completely!! I would like to advise that please do not find it a hassle or afraid to go through Small Claim Tribunal (SCT) if you are being cheated or feel unjustified. SCT have experienced umpire to help you. All you need to do is print out the form online or get it from SCT, print out your story as attachment, pay $10 to register as a claimant, the same place at SCT have copier machine and printer to print company profile. It's really very convenient. _____________________________ I sent a small claim court letter. 5 sep 2016 is the 1st consultation with mediator, the sole proprietor lawrence lee attended small claim tribunal today. It's really eye opening and a good life experience to me. i would like to share some parts of what i have gone through today : he claimed the sales guy has quoted me wrought iron and invisible window grilles for me to choose for my 1st floor windows, and i insisted in invisible window grille due to it's the cheapest. But I wasnt given options at all, i asked him for the quotation infront of mediator, he kept quiet, then i asked what price he quoted me, he kept quiet again, my goodness!! He has even brought other customers' orders to show mediator, but didnt bring the quotes he claimed against me, isn't it funny / contradicting ?!! He also claimed that the material was shown to me, advised me what it makes of, product booklet had given to me, etc. My goodness!! They did not show or advise me material, not even provide me the product booklet. If i know invisible window grille is just a piece of wire, i wouldnt agree to install it at all !! The company showed only friendliness, photos of invisible window grille and assurance of the quality (not easy to cut off) to me. Only on 26 Aug which is after my complaint on 16 aug, the sales guy then advised the material, and told me that after my complaint, he then realised there is such thing call "battery operated alarm" and is required for 1st floor windows. i realise that friendliness is part of sales tactics. Luckily i have voice recorders as evidence, i didnt know the truth can be denied and twisted completely!! ----------------------------------------- 28 Aug 2016 : I would like to share my bad experience with Le Home Creation. When the saleman tried selling the invisible window grille, he assure me of grille quality is not easy to cut off, hence, safe from burglars break in. I took up the deal and installed on my 1st floor windows. Out of curiosity, i tried using the wire cutter to cut, it took me 2 seconds to cut it off ! I was shocked and question the saleman why did he recommend such poor quality to install on 1st floor windows and claimed it is not easy to cut off. He denied the assurance of the quality and told me that he only mentioned "not easy to use scissor to cut off." I felt being decieved/misled, he knows well their invisible window grille is made of 1.7mm stainless steel wire and coated with 0.3mm nylon. Yet, he quoted "not easy to use scissor to cut off". He also said that after my complaint, he was told that 1st floor need to sell with additional battery operated alarm. The alarm has to install far away from windows so that burglar is unable to reach and off it, but will see cables on wall connecting from grille to battery operated alarm. It is of no point to tied up a piece of wire (grille) to 1st floor windows and add a battery operated alarm. It serves no purpose and made no sense.

Manage to find location after sometime. More of invisible grilles and some lights. Though sometimes does not respond to what's Apps messages.

Last month, i have engaged LeHome to install invisible grille at my balcony. Indeed, fast response to all my enquiries, and im satisfied with the end result. Installers were quick and careful. Thanks Lawerence & team! Will definitely recommend my friends to you guys.

I engaged them for invisible grille installation 3 years ago, and the service was great, the installation process was fine. Fast forward today, we happened to engage them again, as we need to redo the floor decking, hence, need to redo the invisible grille. I was hoping to liaise with my previous sales person. However, she has left the company. Her replacement is nothing comparable. He was rude in my consideration. Need some training in customer service 101. To give him the benefit of a doubt, it might be his usual tone and use of word. He wanted to check payment with me, which I settled couple days ahead. I have kids to attend, won’t have the phone around me all the time. He couldn’t wait for my reply, or check with his account department first, before calling me after office hour or texting me in a way like I am obligated to reply him immediately. I don’t think I will use them again. Workmanship wasn’t great either, compare to couple years back. Totally disappointing.
