I just collected my Lexus ES300H last week. My first Hybrid car. Really enjoy the power & cost saving of Hybrid Technology. More to come as I drive on. Would like to thank the Sales Consultant, Mr. Alvin Tan on the initial introduction of Hybrid to me & also the 2 times of test drive before I confirm my order. Lastly also the comprehensive "training" of the car on the collection day.

I bought my first Lexus from Lionel back in 1993. Over the years, we have become faithful Lexus owners. The car is indeed very well built. The engineering, insulation & reliability really stands out. Lionel displays deep knowledge of the brand. His patience and pleasant personality makes the whole experience very satisfying. Collected my long awaited NX Hybrid yesterday and so many new features to play with..... Thanks for the great service rendered.

Excellent Service, Fantastic Drive, Top Notch Experience I’ve been writing and re-writing this review in a bid to do the whole Lexus experience more justice - especially since I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing my ES300h from the sweetest gem of a sales consultant at Lexus, Ms Elise! She’s a professional who is a definite asset to Lexus ❤️ We were in quite a predicament before stepping into Lexus as we’ve had some trouble with the BMW and was frankly a little tired of PML’s overall destitution. Empathetic about our situation, Ms Elise was kindhearted in that she was never pushy and offered her sincere opinion as to the car that would best suit our needs, and we loved that she went out of her way to assist our family, always putting our needs first. Even the testdrive and the conversations with her really impressed us, as she always ensured we had her utmost attention and refused to take other calls while attending to us, which I felt was a really sweet and sincere gesture. Car collection was fantastic too and I loved the feature wall, as featured haha Ms Elise’s aftersales follow up was mindblowingly out of my expectations as well, and we can feel the sincerity and heart she puts in her work and it’s inspiring honestly. Thank you Elise for always answering our questions patiently and proactively checking up on us ❤️ I really wish more people were like her and I’d definitely want to sway my friends to get their next cars with her! Suffice to say I’m absolutely loving my new set of wheels, intoxicated with the Lexus quality of deliverables, and I’m really glad I made the switch from a German brand to Japan’s finest. Thank you again Elise for going above and beyond, my family appreciates it and can’t thank you enough. I’d recommend Elise unreservedly to anyone. :)

Just took delivery of my Lexus from Daryl Han, the Lexus sales engineer. I have been dealing with Daryl for my Lexus purchase for about 15 years and his service has always been exemplary. I appreciate the level of his knowledge of the cars and his giving his all for the benefit of the customer. I highly recommend Daryl to anyone who visits the Lexus showroom. Finally, I also like to share that the Lexus IS300H is a really fantastic car, with its great handling, refined ride and good petrol consumption. I believe that the IS300H is now at the same level if not better than continental cars in the same category.

Been driving continental cars for the past decade and decided to move back to the comfort and reliability of a Lexus. Was serviced by Sales Consultant Sam Ong from start to finish. I have been wanting to own a Lexus for the longest time. Collected my ES300h just 3 days ago and the driving experience has been wonderful and “quiet”. My family loves the new car; the design, the colour.
