★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a few desserts stalls at Tiong Bahru Food Centre and this round I tried the stall ‘Liang Liang Garden’. This stall sells many different kind of desserts and this round I tried out the Ginko Barley. This is a simple dessert but not many stall sells good ginko barley. In the dessert you can clearly see the barley, ginko and the dried soya bean curd. Many stalls especially those in the food court doesn’t do it this way anymore. The way they prepared this is very traditional and it’s nice. I will surely return for more.
