β β β β β Stated to start at 9am , waited till 9.06am then door is open and waited for 20 mins doctor is still not here. Suspect doctor comes only 930am. If so why put 9am and make people come early ????

β β β β β don't know why some people are giving this clinic a one star review. the doctor is patient and kind, and he doesn't make you spend money excessively. he will ask you if you have a certain medicine at home rather than making you buy from his clinic, and not only that, he explains your symptoms to you in a comprehensive manner. he speaks fluent english and chinese. i always go here when i am ill--highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

β β β β β The receptionists is super rude and scarastic especially the one that wore a pair of specs.
If she happen to say anyone of you please don't hesitate to give her a good scolding.
. But the doctor is a very good person.

β β β β β The doctor is patient and gentle, willing to explain and advice. Some commented that the counter staff not very pleasant. Well, I think it is acceptable, don't expect warm greetings or motherly tone etc.They are just being pragmatic, so is the doctor purely technical not so much relation building :-). Give them a break. As long as we get the right service and the medicine. Most clinics in Singapore have long queues, so got to be patient. This clinic is not too bad in that sense. Go early, get the queue number then go have a drink in the kopitiam downstairs.
