Dr Loh Seow Foong is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. No care for patients whatesoever and treats patients like clearing sales quota. YANKED off dressing from patient with open wound despite prior notice that wound is causing tremendous pain. And despite applying gauze dressing, still applied microphone TAPE on un-covered wound without checking. DID NOT GIVE ANY WOUND CARE ADVISE UNTIL ASKED. Font desk nurses were patient and helpful which made it seem clinic has good doctors as well. Extremely disappointed, extremely useless doctor.

It's not the first time I have visited the clinic, however I went today at about 3am. There's a locum Doctor doing his duty, Dr Mong. I don't even think he deserved to be called a doctor. Before I enter the door to the doctor, I hear the bell, as I was walking towards it. He said "Hurry up". I thought I heard wrongly. When I go into the room, he said "faster". Then he proceed to ask what's wrong. I told him I have sore throat and flu and ask him about ART swab test. Halfway thru my question, he said "Keep quiet". I was like WTH. I am a patient or convict? Are you paying me instead? What's with the attitude? Dr Mong is the worst doctor I seen in my life. You should reflect yourself or at least the clinic should reconsidering hiring you.

Call yourself 24 hours clinic when the clinic assistant said there is no doctor around? Why bother to have clinic assistant working anyway? Patients will wake up in middle of the night to take their chronic medications? I thought not so serious can go to normal GP instead of DEM but? Like SERIOUSLY? cant believe what I heard.

DON’T EVER COME here if you can!! The locum doctor and nurse were SUPER RUDE. When I was telling the doctor about my symptoms he kept saying β€œuh, then? Uh, then? Uh… uh… then…?” and it wasn’t even during the pauses between my words. I even stopped talking and he continued β€œuh… then.. uh then uh then uh then…”. Basically just dismissive and wasn’t even listening to me. This is the first time I’ve met such a horrible doctor who disregards anything you say and displayed such dismissive and rude behaviour. Obviously if I didn’t need medical help I wouldn’t be going to your super rundown clinic at 3am right?

Waited three hours in the morning just to see doctor, and the clinic provided ZERO updates on the queue. I understand this is a tough time for clinics and frontliners, but if your clinic is swapped, UPDATE YOUR PATIENTS so we can visit other clinics and not waste the entire morning. People were all swamping the entrance of the clinic in the middle of a packed market - what happen to social distancing and safety!!

We took our 16 months old son to this clinic around 10 pm as he was suffering with high fever ,the clinic staff were nice and supportive and immediately sent us to consulting doctor and doctor examined our son and gave medicines. My son is feeling better now thanks for the prompt response from clinic staff and for understanding our difficult condition and letting us to see doctor immediately .

Went at 2 am and had a very unprofessional doctor who asked basic questions, and did not listen to what I was saying or explain possible reasons. In the end when I was paying and collecting medicine, he didn't even prescribe the correct medication and missed out symptoms I had clearly stated. Even the previous patient he had only spent 15 seconds with him and clearly just wanted to get over seeing patients very quickly.

I called the clinic at 6.37am and understand from the staff that doctor will only come after 7.30am. I reached the clinic at around 7.20am, noted from staff that there are about 17 patients before me. I guess it would be better if you can come earlier to get yourself registered. They do not have an electronic beeper that indicate queue number and hence the staff used a loudhailer/ their voice to shout your name. So do take note on that, the procedure are kinda smooth as I do know what symptoms I have and that helps doctor to prescribe medications faster. To end off, do also note that payment is done via cash/NETS. A good tip when visiting this clinic is to ask staff for the number of patient before you as this can give you a better gauge on how long you going to wait.
