Light + Form Concepts - 341 Balestier Rd

Eric and Vincent were super helpful. I have an unusual growlight to install on ceiling and went to 7 other shops along balestier rd, all telling me that what i wanted to achieve was impossible. These guys were most enthusiastic in accepting this challenge and came up with a great solution and fixture to use.

Horrible experience and arrogant staff. Highly not recommend.

Bought LED lights. 2 broke down just after a year. Have to leave light for 5 days, while my room stays dark. No apologies, just matter of fact which I must endure.

Provide the worst service ever! The light I bought was broken after only the second time usage. Told them to repair and they told me they will call me back to inform on the repairment date. Didn't receive the call until I have to call them myself. When the guy picked up my called still argued I told him to call on later date, which I obviously told him to call before the date since I will be away. Blaming the issue on me and making excuses that he can't contact the repairment guy, which this is not my issue to begin with. Immediately after my call then the staff able to give me a clear date and time. Talk about unable to contact their repairment man. I reminded the staffs that I am not living in Singapore thus it is very important to inform me the schedule so I can plan ahead. But they waiting 'till the last minute and even want to prolong the repairment date. Very disappointed with the unprofessional service. The selection of lights are plenty and beautiful. But if the service is this poor then I will not recommend anyone to purchase lights from this place. They were nice only when you first purchase it not when there's issue arises.

Writing this review specifically for the curtains and blinds service provided by John (: He was very professional, honest and upfront when working with us to provide blinds solutions for our new house. He listened to what our needs were before giving his recommendations and provided excellent customer service. When he came to take measurements on-site, he even shared with us his experiences not just in terms of curtains and blinds, but also on extra home improvement tips that he actually didn't need to - he could've taken the measurements and left immediately, but he took the time to connect with us in a genuine manner. The team he brought along for installation also did a fantastic, clean and fast job, paying great attention to detail and aesthetics. Very thankful for the work he has done and more importantly, the personalized process in which it was done. I highly recommend John and his team, and will definitely spread to word to my friends and family if they need curtains and blinds services!

Walked the whole of balestier looking for a lamp I wanted for my new house and finally found it in Light+Form Concepts. Very nice and classy lightings available in this shop which you can't find along other shops in the same street. I was attended by Gerald who was friendly and gave me good advice on the lamp. Finally decided to buy it from him upon seeking his advice. Thumbs up to Gerald for his professional service. Can't wait for my dining lamp to be delivered and installed! :)
