β β β β β Reasonably pleasant atmosphere and service. A tad lack of working space, probably due to expensive rent in mall. But can have more and brighter energy saving lights not pointing at staffs to enhance the brightness yet maintain coolness to work. Darkness means hygiene can be compromised.

As a bubble tea fan, I have never came across such amazing staff who never fails to make my day.
Hereβs why
The bubble tea staff at this outlet always seems to be able to anticipate what drinks I would order whenever I visit their outlet. As a ex staff from the Ritz Carlton Singapore, I was trained to anticipate customers needs. A particular supervisor by the name of Mei Jie has met the criteria of anticipation. I would also like to praise another staff crystal, she seems to know all her drinks really well and her customer service is off the charts! When it comes to communication she can converse with staff effectively.
Overall this is one of the best and most welcoming outlet in Singapore. Thanks to the staff I look forward to coming here to have a daily dose of bubble tea!! :)

β β β β β Not particularly this outlet. Just wanted to order Oolong Milk Tea, was told that it was not available. But I was able to order Roasted Oolong Tea. Is it so difficult to add creamer to the tea? LOL. seriously other bbt chains really hands down win this chain.

β β β β β Staff were really slow when i went in September 2020, and I consider myself to be quite patient. For some reason they made my drink (I was one of the few customers waiting) and just did other things leisurely while leaving my drink at the sealing machine. But went again recently (December 2020), don't have that issue anymore i think.

Attitude problem staff, placed my order on the counter for collection. Walked over to the counter, order number is correct, however I noticed that 1 out of 3 cup of drinks ordered is wrongly placed into my order.
Jenny stood there didn't bother to ask what happen. Stood at the counter to check the order myself to ensure I didn't order wrongly, after confirming, told her 1 of the drink is wrong, didn't bother to listen, just replied "ya we are still doing your order".
After doing the next order then she realised she placed the wrong drink in my order, didn't apologise, didn't say anything just changed the drinks and stare at me waiting for me to take my order and leave.
