Team is not prepared with queues and pearls prep are not done. Need to step up to the mark quickly.
Taste still decent and on par with other branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the black tea milk with the least sugar level, all I tasted was milk and sweetener instead of the tea. Was sweeter than most brands of bbt with similar sugar level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on the day of opening. The waiting queue was long took me about 1.5 hour. Tried it for the first time, the strawberry smoothie with cream cheese foam was not as expected (maybe is due to the long queue time and I had a higher expectation), less creamy from what I would have liked. The panna cotta selection was much better, enjoyed the texture of the drink. The place gets pretty crowded when there is a queue, but the store took up a parking lot to help spread out the people without blocking any pathway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Machi Machi just opened this new outlet at Serangoon Gardens! It’s a small dainty shop just opposite MyVillage. When I first heard that it opened, I was delighted because I’m a huge fan of their Strawberry Smoothie with Cream Cheese Foam. The Jasmine Green Tea with Plum Jello is also a another great drink!
Would definitely be back ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER yum milk tea. One of the most fragrant milk teas. On par with koi. The pearls are super good and chewy and consistent too. It IS a bit more pricy than most bbts but I’ll definitely buy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a dainty shop :) Ordered the Oolong with mochi, $8 a cup? The bbt don't even match the picture, mochi was given in chunks instead in a small container. Tea leaves way too strong for my liking. For that price point, 1st & last purchase ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey, but I really appreciated how gao the tea tasted! I enjoyed the Pekoe Jasmine Green Tea and Sun Moon Lake Tea! It felt like they used double the amount of tea leaves compared to other BBT joints haha.
The only downside is the inconsistency in sugar level... ordered less/no sugar for all my drinks, but the bottled one with plum jelly was intensely sweet ?? even my elder bro who drinks his BBT with 100% sugar had to dilute it with water!
