J	JC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dine in during lunch time. Both the Fries and onion rings were cold. We went to the counter to exchange for piping hot fries. Surprisingly, it seems that they continued to serve those cold fries to other customers after my exchange. I noticed another customer also complaint about the cold fries.

It must be fun working in a team where everyone is the bottleneck. Look at the long roll of prepared drinks patiently waiting 30min for the burgers to be ready.

If not don't take in grab order at all. BTW their service staff giving me attitute when I asked if my order was done. It only makes sense to ask when I alrd waited for 15 to 20 min

Second time 30 min Decided never go again to heartland mall outlet Then friends and sibling went there again without me tried talking them out but oh well they wanna see for themselves And tada waited more than 1 hr. Went before other outlets same problem, slow But heartland mall one worse out of worse since opening till now didnt even solve this problem Low customer rate you wait 20min for food high customer could be around 1hr.
C	Clement on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheese fries portion less than usual. I was served after a customer who was extremely displeased with the counter staff. Ended up counter staff was displeased with me when I wanted to claim a meal using voucher. Noticed the staff wasn't trained to handle voucher transactions and were over worked. Seems like management need to do something about morale. The shop was also dirty with tables and floor littered with fries. Returning one's tray doesn't mean you can hire lesser cleaners.

In the end I'm getting the same diluted Green tea. Paid extra money to upsize and change my side to Cheese fries. The amount of cheese given is pathetic. The more I come here, the more their food standard keeps decreasing. Fries tasted abit sour. Contacted customer service and no one got bad to me since my last visit here.. terrible. Rather go to the other outlets. Please don't come here. Food is terrible and not worth your money.
A	Axiomica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update Ultimate Spicy Truffle Mayo Angus Beef - what a long name, the burger alone is $10, and oh the size is so small probably diameter of over 2 inches, the width of their printed receipt. Reference to the onion rings, you would understand how small the burger is, about the size of a low cost hamburger. No complaint about the taste or quality, but unbelievable small size for a $10. You won’t be satisfied eating, but good if you are dieting. Haha! Previous rReview: It’s a Burger King and what a Double Whooper should taste like. BK seem to infamously shrunk its burger size to tiny weeny. No complain in taste or quality, other than the soft limping Onion Rings. The young staff are courteous too. Didn’t wait for long for my burger to be served.
