β β β β β Bought my sofa 2 years back from HTL. My sofa was delivered on time and in good shape. Still in very good condition. Issac provides very service and is very honest. He knows his product very well. Will be visiting soon to get a sofa for my mum.

β β β β β Your sofa are lousy. After a while, the leather became crumpled and showed a lot of creases. If the leather is tighter around the foam, would have less of this problem. The foam also lost its support after a while. Cheaper than Italian, but definitely not good quality!

β β β β β This is the most F... Up furniture retailer we came across.
Sales person convinced us to make full payment for a full leather 3 seater recliner sofa, price was $2399.
Made full payment 3 months in advance in early Nov 2020 & was promised delivery before 1st day of CNY (12th Feb 2021).
Now they tell us shipment delay, port congested, delivery is outsourced & not under their control, etc etc etc...
Delivery date keeps changing from 6th Feb to 9th Feb to 10th Feb & now say will try on eve of CNY, 11th Feb.
No promise that will be delivered before CNY.
So why make us pay in advance on the pretext that sofa will be delivered before CNY, if your company cannot control so many factors...?
We have to keep changing our disposal date for our old sofa, because HTL will not dispose our old sofa & absorb the $80 disposal fees even though they delay our delivery.
What kind of service is this???
HTL (Hwa Tat Lee) used to be a reputable company but not anymore.
Buy at your own risk.....
We will never pre order & make full payment after this awful experience.
Have cancelled our order & waiting for full refund since they cannot guarantee delivery before 1st day of CNY....
