β β β β β For a hotel bar, this one is pretty unknown. The hotel is 29 years old and still looks great. The lobby bar and reception feature tall marble columns. It feels quite grand and spacious. There's an outdoor seating area with a lovely water feature. Very relaxing.

β β β β β Nevermind Covid-19 measures, the venerable waterfall and legendary service of Sheraton remains.
Luxury is a total experience, starting from check-in, voluminous concourse, silent elevators and rooms that relaxes. Moving around the hotel itself calms the soul.
Breakfast buffet is an art here. Besides the unlimited servings of ala-carte items, the appetizers are a meal by itself.
It was my wife's birthday wish to do this. I made it a surprise staycation. Sheraton delivered - all within 24 hours

β β β β β Came for afternoon tea and selected the Japanese and English tea.
Server dropped the cutlery during service and did not inform us that they have ran out of scones until queried leaving us wondering what to do with the clotted cream and jam :(
Food was average (the soba was soggy and pretty tasteless) with not much variety. Eclair tasted dry and spoilt. It was so bad that I had to spit it out mid-chew.
Service was ok, but I probably will not come back unless the price is much reduced.

β β β β β Their high tea set comes with a refreshing welcome drink, mini lobster roll, several sweets and savory and two rounds of tea/coffee. The service is good and the food is awesome.

β β β β β Afternoon tea at $42++ is very expensive considering the quality of items on the carasel . The scones tasted of flour and clotted cream seemed to have coagulated. Vanilla Latte was too sweet. Definitely not comparable to the likes of Conrad.

Afternoon Tea. Very nice food and atmosphere.The restaurant's soft music and waterfall gave it a romantic ambience.
