Sheraton Towers Singapore - 39 Scotts Rd

Went for a wedding lunch. Food was good and the Ballroom layout was conducive too. Location quite near town area which makes it convenient to get to as well

An amazing location with a great views. With Newton MRT Station within a couple of minutes walk, it was easy to travel around. Rooms are clean and the hotel staff were welcoming and friendly.

A farily bad experience at this hotel. Old style rooms, need an uplift. Well maintained though. Bathroom toiletaries were pretty low grade. Worst part was the service for breakfast, their coffee shop + bar and the restuarant. I had to literally call out to staff or walk up to them to serve something, ask for menu etc. No 24 hour dinning options, you don't get food after 9:30 pm either restuarant of in room.

First of all, the hotel staff were unfriendly, you dont feel warm welcome from check in, as a Platinum Elite member, there are not much of benefit in this property. Secondly, the executive lounge were below the standard! None of the staff will approach you, first time as a elite member i felt truly disappointed as i stood in front of the table for 5 mins, none of the staff greeted even they passed by.While approaching one of the staff for beverage order, i felt really awful. In front of the guest, she was listing down every single room’s drink order in unprofessional manner. Well, as a guest in the lounge, you are not suppose to order more than a drink, the staff will dispose unpleasant manner. You are not suppose to take any snack as they will listed down in front if you what had you taken. Room are dated, however if you are looking for Marriot property, try to stay away from Sheraton Tower, there are certainly other better hotel surrounding, sadly i made a wrong choice during the stay, overall i would have to say this property requires lots of improvement starting from the bottom.

Attended my ex boss's 70th birthday lunch. It has been a long time since we had gathering like this, no thanks to Covid-19 pandemic. Good to enjoy the ambience and the opportunity to meet up with old friends.

Located next to Newton MRT station, this five star hotel was our first experience. Room is clean. The breakfast served was quite limited but catered to all cuisines.

Forget the dated club rooms and suites. The best rooms here are the pool cabanas that have direct access and chairs next to the pool. Lots of Bonvoy Elites usually save their Suite Nights to secure these rooms so don't rely on your Bonvoy status for a freebie. The happy hour from 5-7pm at the executive lounge is quite generous with the pours. Service can be a bit slow with the crowds (everyone is an Elite!) but the staff tries very hard. Breakfast is blah. Can't wait for buffets to be back!

I initially had a negative room service experience during an 8-night stay, but the hotel recovered very well once brought to their attention. Special thanks to Mr Long and Mr Tan for prompt responses and addressing the issue. I remain a loyal Bonvoy member because of their hospitality
