Itβs not the cheapest place in town, but fresh seafood has its price, and itβs worth each cent.

β β β β β Went there for celebration. The staff were super busy, cos it was the first day when Singapore relaxed the restrictions at restaurants. The black pepper crab is a tad too spicy for me, chilli crab is nice esp dipping the mantou with the sauce. Squid paste filled fritters are a bit oily but tasty~

β β β β β Excellent service even tho itβs a full house on a CNYβs Saturday!!! every stuff are very attentive and friendly and very polite! eps aunty who took our ordered are super patience in recommending the fresh seafood of the day and described the way they cooked it. It makes our family reunion dinner experience so special and pleasant. We will definitely be back again!

β β β β β I had dim sum at this open air restaurant today. The view is refreshing as it fronts the ocean. The ambience is nice and relatively spacious. I ordered the fried bean curd and itβs okay. Nothing exceptional but at least it does not taste bad. The glutinous rice with chicken is slightly better. The taste comes out better. Next on the menu is the Xiao Long Bao. It is ok. We had the fried carrot cake and this dish is good. Lastly we had the char siew bao. Overall, the food is acceptable and at the right price point. The customer service is good. They try to address your concerns and needs. I will make a return trip to review the seafood, something this restaurant is famous for.

So close that you could enjoy the sea view and breeze.
Service was very subjective, greatly depended on who attended to you, either the part time staffs or the full time staffs.
When we ordered some bowls of rice from different staffs, the amount of rice greatly differ. And each bowl costed $1.20. It wasnβt cheap at all. The first time, the staff filled up a bit of rice for each bowl- clearly was giving us less than what should be. Thankfully, the second time, the staff did her job to fill the bowl to the rim with rice.
The price was on the high side. There was no listed price for the medium or large size food items. All listed price was for small item. We would need to double check with the staff for medium size food item.
Overall experience was a bit disappointing.
The saving grace was the toilet was clean, really clean, even the ventilation fan was dust free. And the toilet was well decorated.

β β β β β 1st time trying Long Beach Dim-Sum. The food was so good. It was value for money as thereβs promotion going on right now. The wait was a bit long but it was all worth it. Every dish was piping hot, fresh and delicious. Service from the staff was commendable. They were polite and attentive to their customers.

β β β β β Long Beach is a Singapore household name and one of the most popular seafood restaurants with the longest history of serving black pepper crabs ?.
However, we didnβt come for crabs but the dim sum for lunch. Was unfortunately disappointed with the quality as it was not befitting its premium branding. Service was poor as was kept on reminded to leave the restaurant at 345pm even when we were the only table left.
Will not recommend ?? based in experience

β β β β β Whatβs Long Beach without their chili and black pepper crab ? Seafood was super fresh and chili crab sauce was great - not too sweet and comes with a spicy kick which we love. Pair this with fried bun for the full on shiok experience.
Tasty food in an interesting place with pretty good atmosphere lovely Service. Very reasonable value for the money and overall good experience β£οΈ
