★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picking up boxes from purchases made at changi. (Everytime we made purchase at changi, we always opt to take the boxes at downtown boutique cause the boxes takes so much space. The SA said we can always pick up the boxes anytime at LV store afterward.) somehow, this time, the sale woman who passed the items was impolite & unhappy to assist. Told you to pick them when we were back from our trip next time. Plain rude.

their outlet within like an hour and half .unlike the ION outlet !! I understand they all were busy but , Takashimaya outlet at least treat customers with respect and warmly. ??Thank you Moses ( hope I get the name right ) and his colleagues from Takashimaya Outlet .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply asked a simple question on the Service which I required to the SA which previously served me. The SA doesn’t even want to reply me.
Wasted my time just to go down and simply got an answer to tell me that it’s no doable and I have to do it elsewhere.
SA contacted me after I provided the feedback and mentioned that she was busy and she missed the message. Note: There was two inquiries (1 made last Week and 1 made a few months ago) which I received a Blue Tick for both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ brought this bag and use for 1- 2 years , but then the magnet in the cover flap fell off . On 11 Jul 22 brought it to LV in Takashimaya , Orchard , Singapore. they said they do not have the magnet , has to order from Paris and it will take approx 6-8 weeks. There will be charge SGD 180 - SGD 360.
what the ...... . bad experience
better think twice before you buy LV. . I have few pcs other LV model.
