β β β β β Had problem with the vibration sound from the Ariston heater which I bought before from Lucky Khoon bath studio, I was assisted by Momo and it was fixed within reasonable time. The after sales was good and the people there were all approachable and helpful. Good service!!! Will recommend to friends.

β β β β β Really poor service. Only interested to serve customers with bigger budgets I guess. Good design but don't hope to get good service here.
No point trying to recover this bad review cos it's just lip service looking at the other reviews you got in the past.
Make sure your staff are trained properly so that this does not happen again.
I don't know your staff name cos the girl who "served" us didn't introduce herself and was in a rush to do something else.

β β β β β bought spot light for $60, subsequently found that it was only $36 on Lazada. $30 now with discount on Lazada. Same brand / model. Was naive. never again anything from Lucky Khoon.

Great service. Got a basin and tap at short notice. Special mention to Yiting, she is knowledgeable and attentive.
They have lights but range is limited.
Good prices, check their bundles.

β β β β β Mo Mo, (the sales lady) is pretty, courteous, and helpful. She even showed me how easy it is to change the bulb of a ceiling light. The kitchen sink and water tap is of good quality.

β β β β β Walked into Lucky Khoon @Tradehub 21 for my toilet bowl replacement.
After showing the photos of my current toilet bowl positions with tape measure relative to the wall to Mr Richard, I decided to purchased 2x Toto C889.
Richard responded to my questions (after the purchase) in a timely manner. He communicated delivery and Installation date promptly.
On day of Installation, 2 young gentlemen came in on time. They are very polite, systematic in carrying out the removal and re-installation of new bowl. Skilled professionals who knows their job well. Super neat and tidy job. Highly recommended!.
