β β β β β Coach Gaan and Jia wen are really insightful and helpful! I love training at the gym because they help us adapt our own style and really push us hard. I've seen them teach beginners as well, and they can tailor all sessions to help beginners learn the basics of muay thai in a very fun and engaging way too! Overall, 10/10 will recommend

β β β β β A homely Muay Thai Boxing Gym but donβt get mistaken, training is definitely tough! Especially for those who donβt work out regularly or never really work out before (like me! haha..) but itβs fun at the same time! Well, no pain no gain! Both Kru Gaan and Jia Wen are very patient and encouraging towards students and will push you all the way be it whether you are coming for the free trials/classes or already sign up! Thatβs their dedication towards everyone who comes for training! Oh ya, the βregularsβ at Lukbondoi are all friendly, helpful, awesome peeps too! So, if you are looking for a Muay Thai Boxing Gym to train at, give Lukbondoi a try!

I will always find a perfect time slot for my training in Lukbondoi. Coaches are nice, calories are burnt, muscles are built and I'm tortured?. Yes, this is what I want. β β β β β Authentic Thai gym. Coaches are very dedicated and spend a lot of time to make sure you get the techniques right. The regulars who spar there are quite friendly and helpful too.
They have a 1 week trial going on this month so can experience it yourself for free.
