Exactly the Tele sound I was after. Had a wonderful experience at luthier.sg; you definitely get what you pay for. Will definitely engage Wayne’s services again if there’s further trouble with any of my gear (or if I want to get my hands on more of his pickups (: ).

As the years go by, it began to develop ageing problems in the neck. This guitar has too much sentimental value to me and I needed to restore it. I send it to so many luthiers and even “Plek” it. It never solved the problem until I met Wayne. Wayne diagnosed the problem and said the neck has wrapped and twisted. To solve it, The fretboard need to be planed down to straighten it and then refret. It made sense to me immediately. When I got back my guitar, I was so happy by the way it turned out. All problems solved! It felt like a new boutique guitar! Neck was super straight, fretwork was meticulous, setup was amazing. The feel was superb. Super super happy! Guitar just feel right to me now. Thank you Wayne, u did magic where others could not. This guitar is too close to my heart. For you, Dad. Thank you for bringing a guitar into my life. PS: I am on 21 days quarantine. Wayne even send me his spare amp for me to kill my boredom! How’s that for service!
