Not sure why the other reviews are so bad but honestly THIS PLACE NOT BAD LEH WHY 1 STAR WE ORDERED the beef which was kinda overtenderised?? But very tender?? Mixed feelings but was overall, DELICIOUS TONKATSU normal, sauce is normal ma maison, cabbage is refillable ONCE PAELLA was delicioussssssss must order frfr Overall legit legit 10/10 would come again

Yummy food and cozy ambience! Craving for some good old fashion Japanese Western? This place will not disappoint. We love their desserts especially the tarts!

Unfortunately I don't have a picture but the food and dessert here is great. My friend and I always order the tuna salad which is fresh and delicious. This time, we had smoked salmon which was tasty but the portion was too small. Garlic bread was not so special, just the normal one as expected. The brownie was surprisingly so warm and chocolate-y (we loved it). I would come here again for the salad and brownie.

I like the scotch egg. Worth ordering. The beef omu rice is quite decent. The taste of the escargots are decent but the portions are small. The portions of the hamburger steak is ok but the taste is average at best. I do not recommend the ice chocolate drink,it's bad.

I think the food quality has worsened. Maybe they are cutting cost. The hot potato grain was the potato salad mash flattened onto a dish, crack an egg yolk on top, add cheese over and just broil to melt cheese. Plus 4 very thin slices of bread. Nearly $8++. Not worth it. It’s not really a potato gratin. The seafood paella was also a disappointment. The portion size is good for 2 but the taste is disappointing. It’s like they boiled the flavored rice with some onion, spices and onion, in a large pot. Then boiled some seafood in tasteless water. When you order, they put some rice on the paella dish, top with some boiled seafood and serve it. For $24++ It’s not real paella. I think for restaurant of this caliber, they can make a real paella. Cook all the rice, veg and seafood together in the pan so all the flavors mesh together for good taste. But they didn’t. They chose the lazy easy way. Whole dining experience was disappointing. The staff was attentive and friendly enough. But the most important thing is the food taste. And it’s seriously lacking. They should improve before it’s too late.

One of my favourite restaurants for family dining. If you dine in with kid, there will be promotions of free beer and ice cream for the parents. Seasonal menu is available and for this period, I ordered the miyazaki pork which is very tender and not a hint of porky taste. Downside is a little too oily for my liking. Good environment and variety of food. Expect queue if you came during peak hours.

Quality of food has went down by a lot. Price remain the same. When they serve the burger steak with a radish dipping there was something black inside white radish. It was very obvious and prominent. I am not sure if it was an insect but definitely it should not be there. This means the server never check when deliver the food. No apology whatsoever when I told them. The combo pork rice was sub par. Meat quite tough and overcook. Texture like rubber. Sad to see this is the current standard. With more staff then guest not sure why can’t deliver a proper service. Not going to return. Disappointing. The 1 star was for the cozy ambience.
