★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointing. I went in with all intention to purchase, but the MAC assistant looked:
1. annoyed by my presence
2. even more annoyed that I had ASKED for assistance! Low and behold she be asked to actually do her job.
3. condescending - (she has no idea about me or my life so to be condescending towards me was a petty move)
4. gave me the shade i requested and walked off - offered no help nor did she try to close the sale
5. her mate came past with food or something and she basically then just ignored me.
Pretty poor from MAC's perspective. Overall, MAC Singapore customer service has been really disappointing. I'll either buy online - go to Sephora and choose a different brand or wait till I am abroad and can ACTUALLY get service and assistance from someone who does their ACTUAL job as opposed to being entirely useless.
