β β β β β Picture was shown to manicurist but did not get the color and design that I wanted. (why will a shop dont have navy blue matt as I thought its a common colour)
Package was not honest and stated clearly on member card. It was verbally shared that 2 express gelish and be taken as 1 classic gelish session during initial payment of package but not during my session yesterday. They insisted we need to topup for classic. So after deduction of $25 in my sister's express gelish package, I still need to topup $18 for classic gelish n cleaning and $30 for my design (when only 1 is marble design the rest are plain colors). Total cost $73.
Were even hinted to give angbao to staffs during our session which it felt uncomfortable.

Nail art standard can vary GREATLY depending on who you get. Plus diff manicurists charge very diff prices for their nail art. I did a more complex design thatβs cheaper than a simple one ?.
Quite a lot of people seem to do their brows there (I didnβt).
But the hard selling is CRAZY. Can sell for like >30mins and donβt accept rejection. The price will keep dropping during the hard selling process so if you are interested just keep rejecting until the price drops to the lowest.

β β β β β My experience here was unlike the other reviewers. It was mostly a pleasant one. I visited this nail salon around a month ago and was served by this China pedicurist. She was meticulous and it felt really relaxing and comfortable throughout the entire process. My nail also turned out really pretty! Another lady actually came and explained some membersβ incentives/ package to me but she was nice the whole time. Even when i declined her offers a few times, she was still polite about it.
