β β β β β Called them in the morning to book an appointment for an audiogram. Was told to come at 2pm. When I reached, I was told to wait because the lady in charge of the audiogram has left to run an errand and yet to take her lunch. Just plain ridiculous. Could have called and inform me to come at a later timing if the errand is too important.

β β β β β I have been going for over 6 years and Dr Ranjan is a great doctor.
However the 2 staff at front are very rude and not friendly at all.
You can come early but they make you wait 1.5hours to 2 hours to see the doctor. They donβt follow the queue number.
Please ask your staff to be nicer w the patients. If it wasnβt for the Doctors care, wouldnβt be coming here.

β β β β β chinese old lady quite rude, loud tone i missed out filling form she called n saying i 3rd time came here ? 1st impression when i scanning qr code unable not helping but kept saying 3rd time came here should know, it so long for 3 mnths not coming here after my 2nd jab if not happy dont work as healthcare go n retire, no wonder got bad review abt old lady unprofessional!!!

β β β β β This is a review for the atrocious service and slow VTL ART test mandatory for government & immigration purposes. I arrived 30 mins ahead of time as per the SMS notice. The clinic was closed. When it opened, I was asked to wait outside while 10 other people who arrived after me were seen and immediately attended to and seated. They asked for my NRIC, which the messages did not specify to bring. They were twenty five minutes late in attending to me, and tested another lady who walked in After me. Please choose another more competent location for post VTL travel ART testing

β β β β β I called to check if they do same day pre-departure COVID tests & the receptionist was shockingly rude so I ended the call without making an appointment. Your reception staff are the first impression of your business and Iβd be surprised if this is what youβre aiming for.

β β β β β Exceptionally BAD service from Patricia and the middle-aged woman that operate reception (who declined to give her name, probably for this reason). I entered to inquire on a delay in my mother's PCR result as she is due to fly tomorrow and my experience was shocking from the first interaction.
Dismissive, curt, rude... exactly what you don't want in healthcare administrators. I don't understand why you choose to behave this way as well. Surely, you realise that your job is a lot easier when your patients are assured and comfortable upon entering your clinic?
Dr Ranjan, do yourself a favour and engage some customer service training for your front-of-house, if not, get rid of them altogether.

β β β β β I've read some of the negative reviews and i cannot agree with them.
The pandemic has taken a toll on healthcare professionals in both govt hospitals and neighbourhood clinics.
For 2 years and counting, they have borne the burden of patient overload, long hours and fluid govt protocols while constantly changing in and out of burdensome PPE. Perhaps we can try to be more understanding by not expecting immediate attention and showing some ID so that stressed-out medical staff can do their jobs.
Dr Ranjan is one of the kindest and most competent and empathetic GPs, a Tiong Bahru institution who also visits the old and infirm in their homes first thing in the morning to check on them.
It is an understatement to say many of us are grateful to him and his staff for their long service to the community. Thank you, kind doctor.

β β β β β Dr Ranjan have been the kindest doctor ever seen. I am with him since young and he had given me and my family the best health care ever. For some who had bad experience with the clinic, really hope u have some patience in them. The staff have been working to their max capacity especially during the Covid period. Not forgetting that it is nvr easy hiring staff in times like this. Thank you Dr Ranjan and team.
