★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve visited this outlet twice and both times, Gessie (I hope I spelt his name correctly!) helped me affixed rubber soles onto my shoes, specifically a pair of Chanel ballerina lambskin pumps and Salvatore Ferragamo leather heels.
I am not one to leave reviews but, I truly feel that some reviews may have been inaccurately given. In particular, the one that was left behind by another competitor who owns a store in Far East Plaza. Personally, I have always left Master Fix feeling extremely satisfied with final product. Yes, I may have only engaged the service of fixing rubber soles, but nonetheless, the work was delivered beautifully and meticulously. As such, I will also have no qualms using their services for other repair work, if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely rude. I sent them a WhatsApp asking them for a quote to replace a closure on my bag. They originally told me $45-80 and I requested for a more exact quote as that range is huge. They sent me back a really rude WhatsApp. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond me, especially since they're quoting such expensive amounts (10-20% of the bag cost).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service arrived today at 630 pm to resole 2 pairs of shoes Rude Filipino worker said can’t fix in time ?!! Shoes take only half an hour to resole at paragon and this guy cannot be bothered at all because it is not owner operated. At level 4 on ion this place is always quiet and has generally poor business. Even in a pandemic they are not interested in business in helping to expedite repairs . Filipino worker can’t even be bothered when I walked off . The guy should be fired if he can’t cope

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tripped outside my hotel and broke my shoe sole. Did emergency repairs with sticky tape. Limped over to Master Fix nearby and they said will be done shortly in 30 mins. I waited in my socks, and true enough, I got my shoe back, good as new. Cost me only $9 - great value for good service.
