β β β β β This 24 hours outlet can be pretty crowded even during the wee hours due to it's location. Smack right in the middle of a residential area, this outlet is a savior for those who have late night cravings or just simply hungry to grab some food. Staff are slightly grouchier in the wee hours though, as they might be tired. But overall it's still fine.

Staff are friendly and can be seen as trying their best.
However, manager should look at improving customer service workflow. Frontline serving Staff looked overwhelmed due to many customers and serving process appears to be disorganised. People who came after me where being served first.

β β β β β Questionable hygiene at this branch. They gave me a spoon for my Sundae that had brown murky liquid on it. I hope it was just Milo... But who knows.
Other than that, it's the famous Macadees, don't expect fine dining and you'll be Gucci.
Was spacious when we visited and service was pretty quick, so it wasn't all bad.

β β β β β Wanted to have their Shakes after lunch. No one was manning the station as usual so I wanted to order it from the self ordering machine but to my surprise it is not even there, went to ask one of the staff at the cashier, She told me she doesnβt know how to do it and ask me to ask the staff at the receiving counter. And so I did, They ask me to ring the bell so that someone could attend to the station but I told them that someone over there was ringing multiple times where I could hear it from their side but no one is attending to it. After all that I went back to the counter. The cashier staff came and attended someone with their ice cream and when it came to me again she said she doesnβt know how to do the shake when She already told me she didnβt know how to and went to get someone who know how to do it when she should have done it when I ask them the first time. After all that someone finally came and does our shake and after all that you know what she told us ? It cannot be served and took the shake away after itβs been made. Like what is this? Reasons being unclear either, called the manager over in the end his also blur. Literally EVERYONE there was so blur and have ZERO COMMUNICATION. Please wake up! Would love to give zero stars if possible because it happened so many times when Iβve been there. Will not even think of getting anything ever again from this place.

β β β β β Had a wonderful experience here. When we took my 85 year old Mother in law for her favourite Fillet of Fish. Irene who I believe is the store manager went above and beyond to make our visit and enjoyable one . Nothing was too much trouble, even down to helping reduce the heat of the hot milo.
