β β β β β No vegetarian food options! This so disappointing in McD Singapore. I have vegetarian options in India, but no such a options. I have vegetarian option in other food chains like Burger king ?. McD is disappointing.

β β β β β Ordered samurai beef upsized. Reached home not only 1 piece of beef only (supposed to be 2?) But also no samurai sauce in burger!!!!! Taste horrible without the sauce!!! Update: sent feedback to McD, the outlet called only after > 1 week, the caller offered to deliver a replacement burger, after giving the address, the person just hung up & cut-off the conversation without a 'thank you' or 'sorry' or 'bye', it was rude to hang up just like that - so obviously not happy that I gave feedback online, so ended up not consuming the replacement burger that was delivered....

β β β β β This Serangoon Central branch at the wet market building is conveniently located. The only disappointment this visit was the salad. The vegs looks almost wilted.

β β β β β The shelf displayed the current Happy Meal toys (Pikachu) during breakfast hours on a Thu (changeover into new weekly toys).
After purchase, we were given old toys (transformer and polar bear) that we already had from several weeks ago. A lady staff was helpful to check if we could get the those on display, otherwise will need to come back for replacements another day.
However, the plump duty manager flat out rejected the possibility and that replacements will not be possible, even if we came back another time. Horrible attitude.
Demanded a refund and left. Don't display what you cannot fulfill. Don't chuck old stocks on returning customers and act like nothing is wrong. Shame on you to spoil two children's morning.

β β β β β Staff was very friendly and helpful. There's quite a few seats inside so dining in shouldn't be much of a problem. Service was pretty quick and good

β β β β β Conveniently located. This is my go to Mac compared to the one at Nex. More peaceful and parking is convenient. If you do mobile order, just park, pickup and go. Less than 5min.

β β β β β Try their new burger and everytime mcd launched a new product I won't expect so much but this is exception good. I'm giving 5 stars not just the food but also the service. The serangoon branch is quite fast and service quite top notched. That's y the 5 stars here. Enjoyed my experience here.

β β β β β Chili was given by default. I told the counter crew that I donβt need the Chili and he threw it away. This happened on 26 Dec 6.43pm, hope the management is able to share about environmentally-friendly policies, actions and impact to the environment with the staff.
