★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long wait of 30 mins as staff focused on bulk order instead of walk-in customers. Cashier also not familiar with the various payment modes and vouchers. Just accept cash only if the staff cannot handle it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 boxes of Nasi Lemak to go but was mistakenly given only 2 boxes (which I also only realised after returning home). I called the outlet & asked if there was any way the missing box could be delivered to my home. The manager personally showed up at my door & added a complimentary box of Nasi Lemak to apologise. I was very surprised & moved by this act of service. The rice is, by the way, incredibly fragrant. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seriously don't know what happen to Crave at J8. Been a nice comfort food for my wife and me, but today packed home and found out the rice was cooked super salty!!!
Its like eating salt... what is wrong?!?!?
It had never happened before as i was staying nearby.. and tonight's rice was very very badly cooked...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I concur with Edmund Seah and Narisa. Their standard has dropped especially the chicken wings. The worst is if you order ala carte and got to pay $0.60 for the chilli; it doesn't come free even for the first serving. I mean if people ask for more servings then fair if you want to charge. Why be stingy over chilli? I am sure you can do better than this.
