This place is always not crowded, which was such a godsend when I was there at peak meal time and everywhere else had snaking queues. I got the Hokkaido croquette burger, which was really nice and crispy, and paired well with the sauce. My friend got the mos burger, but they forgot to add the sauce that was advertised in the menu. When my friend went to ask about it, they just gave him a little sauce cup (like the McDonald's nugget sauce) That was pretty weird but wtv, we were just glad to find somewhere to eat.

The service in this particular branch is really slow. Like REALLY. I was there, and there were barely any customers or those takeout orders for riders but yet we waited soooo long (roughly 40 to 50 miuntes). Many of the customers looked really bored waiting for their food. I rate the waiting time a 2 out of 5. At least the food came in the end. There was once when 1 of my orders include a shrimp popcorn thing for $3.50 and when it came out, it was five tiny pieces. I was rather confused so I approached the counter to ask if this is the intended portion. The lady at the counter was very impatient and disgruntled to be asked this question and told me to wait (in an impolite manner) while she checked with the manager. Anyway, she showed the popcorn shrimps to her manager to check if the portion was correct. The manager without hesitation answered yes while barely even looking. This is a rip-off even for shrimp. The prices of other items in this restaurant is reasonable nonetheless, I will give it a 3.5 out of 5. The customer service here has to be around 1.5 out of 5. The MOS chicken was awesome though. 5 out of 5 for that. Would I go back there again? Well, honestly, I go there because it's always kinda empty (compared to its competitors) and rarely have to queue up. But in the future I would really rather join the long queue at McDonalds right next door.

My second visit. This Morning walk in with my wife after seeing the billboard promotion for breakfast Were warmly greeted by your customers service. We ordered our breakfast sets. Like it very much.

Its my first patronising this outlet and the last time too. Just did take out at 12:30 and was utterly disappointed that are burger and fries are not even warm. The milk tea has tint of peach tea flavour too. I wondered if the food quality here is just like that hence there are only a few patrons at lunch hour. This is first time having such an unpleasant experience at mos burger.

Very dangerous stairs. Today we witnessed a fall accident here. The victim is an elderly lady who fell down from the staircase face down, and her jaw was bleeding. NONE of the staff come to understand the situation let alone to offer help. It was the customers who went to help the lady stand up and sit down, offered tissue papers to wipe off blood, and a new face mask. The stairs itself posed a very dangerous trip hazard. There weren't enough visible warning signs. Moreover, the distance between the food collection point to the staircase is short. If you are holding a tray and trying to find your seat, it's is very easy for you to miss the staircase. I would like to urge the business owner to look into this matter.

It’s Japanese burger and Japanese quality, packing, sauce, beef, bun. The preferred fast food burger for its no-short-cut serious Japanese quality and taste. You won’t regret, although it look smaller but the beef is thicker, juicier, beefier than its competitors and on pricing.

Ordered on grab at 8.57pm. Food arrived at about 10.30pm. Order messed up. I bought corn soup and got “idk what soup is this”. The rice in the rice burger seems undercooked as the texture was very hard. The green salad had NO SAUCE at all -.-“
