P	Pa1 K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tham is a nice and very helpful doctor. He is very patient and friendly with kids. We did our pre departure tests at the clinic and without his timely support and guidance, we couldn't have boarded the flight. We had a medical emergency in family abroad and had to travel out immediately. We are very grateful to Dr Tham and the reception staff at the clinic, for helping us to board the flight, during the emergency situation.
C	Chocolate Biscuit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow in processing patients. Very far apart inbetween patients thus very very very long wait even if few people or even 1 person. Receptionist is not friendly at all, always give attitude. Only accepts cash, no nets or credit card. Doc always do not follow hours. Can be often few hours late. Edit: Went back to see the doctor after few years. This time met another rude woman, she's the swapper who does swap test outside the clinic. She's extremely rough, impatient and rude! Absolutely horrified by these 2 rude women in this small clinic. 'Bad experience' is an understatement.
M	Maroof Ahmad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediview clinic is in Toa Payoh Lorong 1, When i moved in Toa Payoh i visited few clinics before consulting with Dr. Tham Lum at Mediview Clinic. I was looking a general physician ?‍⚕️ who can help me to recover my viral, cold, diarrhoea, coughing etc which is often join rally in Singapore. I find him a good observer and gave medicine as required. He also give antibiotics whenever required. Later on he became a family doctor and i am happy. His clinic few times closed or late without much prior notice.
U	U T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist lady ( the short hair, short one with spectacle ) actually shouted at me saying i ignored her calls and throw me my pre departure test. So rude. If i ever got sick and this is the only clinic i have to go, id rather not come to this clinic. Its really that bad. As you can see from all the reviews. The positive ones are prolly insiders trying to civer up the negative reviews.
C	Cheok Audrey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far great experience from the Doctor who diagnose myself and husband who unfortunately contacted covid 19. Waiting time was ok as he needs to attend to both clinics. Only we need to attend from the bad gate which is not so convenient.

When I self-tested positive and tried to get confirmation at this clinic, the receptionist told me that if I didn't need medication I didn't need to see the doctor. What's with the biased treatment?
J	Jeanette Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with the Recep (short hair bespectacled who wasn’t even wearing her mask properly). No instructions provided and just told to go to the back. Assumed covid positive even before test. Swab test done in public. Not everyone who has sore throat and flu have covid. And even if we do. We should be treated with dignity not like some prisoner. Told to just go to the back repeatedly and being told you got covid. Guess what my test was negative.

I made an appointment at 12pm for a vaccination and registered myself at 11.55 with a young girl helping out with the pre-registration (she was the only staff with basic manners there). I waited until 12.40 and nothing actually happened. They were just simply rude and obnoxious. I told one of the receptionist that my appointment was at 12pm and all she said was “I know you just wait”. When I ran out of patience and started walking away, one of the receptionist said ‘so you want come in or not?’. I can’t believe this is happing in 2022!!!
