★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be great (spent a lot here before on NAS boxes and drives). Went back recently to exchange a drive (as I have done previously a few times) and was basically called a liar and was given terrible attitude. Will NEVER deal with them again and would recommend that you shop elsewhere.
The reason I kept coming back was good customer service. You utterly ruined that. Congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience and very poor after sales service. Untrustworthy retailer and distributor of IT storage equipments. When you purchase an item under warranty, they would repudiate away their responsibility and claim that the item can't be exchange anymore even though it's within one year warranty period. Totally disappointed. Took more than 6 months and yet could not resolve the RMA issues. If you have an IT need that require 24hrs turn around from downtime, this company will ruin your job and they do not even honour their Service Level Agreement (if they have any in the first place). Bought a RAID system. And unit failed after just 1 week. They put in a display set into a wrong box and now claimed that the unit does not have the right serial number and as such does not honour the warranty. Utterly disappointed. Not a trustworthy company. Sales that impress you, but once after you purchased, the aftersales is one of the worst experience I had.
