There can be lots of customers coming and going on weekends, so try to be more patient. Their tailoring won’t disappoint you, and it’s very affordable as well. Very reliable and great service :)

Brought my expensive jeans in to alter the waist and it came back to me with uneven stitching, to the point where it rides up on one side and looks like a wedgie. The fabric was just folded in conveniently and resewn which shows very little effort. Also they removed the brand tag and didn’t bother sewing it back. Will never visit again.

When I told her that I needed to alter the bottom part of my pants and offered to explain how I wanted it, she outright said that she knew what she was doing since she’s in the business for 20+ years. Tried to talk her through and give her an idea on how I wanted it but she asked me to make it fast and that she was in a hurry. She kept shrugging off my instructions and after a couple of days when I went to pick up my pants again it was not altered as how I wanted. When I showed her that the ankle part needed to be a bit more narrow, she just haiya at me. The good reviews about her are probably from her friends or people she’s close with or those helping her out. She could have even asked some to write good reviews for her. We all can be overwhelmed by work at times but this lady made me feel like I owe her money. Very disappointing service. Unbelievably rude and ignorant.

Will alter here next time for sure because it's simple and stress free. I don't need to worry about anything, I just go there and give them my items. They even advised me what is the correct length , which turned out to be a better fit on me. Thanks!

Michelle gave her professional recommendations to alter the length so that it could make me look taller in the gown. Extremely satisfied with the end product. Her pricing is also very reasonable as compared to the other tailors in the town area.
