Chanced upon this butchery on the internet while sourcing for meats for my yakiniku party at home. Went down to the outlet at Novena with my wife and we were so lucky to met Aaron who was on duty. He guided us through on meat selection for our yakiniku party and his after work service is excellent too! The overall price was reasonable and most importantly those meats we bought were delicious! Will definitely be back again for our next BBQ party.

MMMM Novena - I was looking for nice steak to cook for Christmas cum Birthday Lunch for a family of 6 pax. Was served by Aaron, who recommended me a lovely Waygu Steak about 2.1+ kg with very good marbling. He suggested cutting it into 2cm thickness a total portion of 12 slices & every steak is vacuum pack individually, 6 were seasoned with their dry signature Argentina Rub and 6 were seasoned with Salt & Pepper Rub. They also sells other vegetables, soup stocks & etc. Aaron was very pleasant to talk to and made very good suggestions, not pushy like any salesman. I cooked the steaks in my Phillips XXL Airfryer and my family loved it ??? Thumbs up for MMMM for great service and meats, will definitely order from them again.

Great service! Ordered BBQ sets for an important event and although they could not commit to a specific time for delivery, they were very understanding and helped to ensure I got my delivery before my requested time. Everything was fresh (especially the scallops) and delicious! Thank you very much!

There was a mistake in the weight we requested. Butcher decided to throw a tantrum (yes we can see your poor behaviour) with the meat. Cashier was ready to charge double the original amount without checking, you should let the customer check the rate per kilo first, not charge it right away. Thanks but no thanks on the service here. Update: 1) When the cashier told the butcher that i wasn't able to accept one piece of meat that was 1.6kg, his body language was obviously unhappy. Then when i had requested the remaining be portioned into two 1.5 inch pieces, he throws the other parts to the tray to show his frustration. It was obvious and unprofessional. 2) the cashier did NOT show me the new price tag before ringing it up for the final order and requesting payment method. I had to tell her the price was wrong in the first place and she had to correct it. 3) I had requested the original huge 1.6kg piece to be downsized to 800g. The final I paid for was 960g. Bet they did not mention this. I didn't make a fuss of it because i didn't want to deal anymore with their incompetence and behaviour. 4) You can be defensive about your service or you can acknowledge without excuses that your service isn't good. Up to you.

I am a regular customer at Mmmm! at Novena. I like this shop for the variety of meats and poultry. Most of the time the meat is fresh enough or frozen, but recently I had a precut beef tenderloin which was smelly and of green in colour on the bottom side, which you can't see because it's covered by the plastic tray, so I've discovered that problem only once I opened the package at home. For some reason the shop does not print the date of the meat cut at the shop. I suggested to the manager to start printing the date of cutting the meat slices, but they ignored my suggestion and consistently display cut meat without a date of it beeing cut.

Mmmm Novena is my family’s favorite butchery; whether it is for the occasional BBQ with our friends, an evening of nice home cooked steak or just a simple home cooked meal. We love the shopping experience with the very reasonably priced products, not to mention the vouchers that we can utilize as a member! ◡̈ But the best is nothing but to be able to trust our very friendly yet experienced Aaron who never fails to offer us the best advice and recommendation, providing us with that special touch as he serves us with his heart. Frozen Honey comb beef tripe purchased on 3 March 2022. Enquired with Staff if its normal for beef stripe to be this colour, was informed that it was the colour of the skin. Only to realize the beef stripe Honey comb is stuck with lots of the impurities when i defrost it and take a closer look, took damm long to clean it up. ? Please don't buy the beef tripe with this black spots, if u don't wanna end up cleaning it for hours .
