Disappointing experience. Had problem w my iphone and called in advance to check if they can help. Was told to bring phone down for “software check”, and the person assured that they had sucessfully resolved similar problems before. Drove 30mins down and the person attending to the kiosk wasn’t even interested. Told us only thing he could do was to reformat the phone which would wipe out all data. What’s the pt of reformatting when there’s a hardware problem in the first place. Total waste of our time. Update in response to shop’s comment: Yes, during the phone conversation you told us software check. But when we went down, the person straightaway told us only thing he could do was reformat the phone (not software check to see what problem). He was very dismissive, didn’t even look at us when he spoke to us. We went to IRepair at Prinsep Street subseqently and the service there was so much more professional and polite.

paid 50 dollars for a low-quality screen protector and battery replacement. The battery afterwards was as bad as the previous one and I still paid so much for a used battery? screen protector super thin and cracked easily when dropped. declined refund. Horrible

The screen protector is cheap but is totally useless. $10 for the screen protector But less than 2 weeks already caused a scratch in my phone screen (noticed the scratch when i was changing to zeelot’s screen protector) The iphone casing is expensive and not good either. Wouldn’t go back again.

Screen protector ok but older aunty quite bad attitude

Take note that this mobile shop has another name (“Just mobile”). The staff quoted me $28 after looking at my phone and said that the screeen protector will cover all the curved edges of the phone and it’s a full screen protector. Then the shop front has a banner stating “Full glue protector promising to cover the full screen with price range from $25- $30”. So on this understanding, I did the screen protector and paid $28. To my surprise, its not a full screen protector! There are curved edges of the screen not covered. I went back to the shop and asked and was told that the protector is unable to cover the curved edges of the phone and wont be able to do a full screen protector. Then what is the point of advertising as full screen protector??? This is an intended Misrepresentation, dishonest practice trying to cheat customer. I would not have get the protector from your store if it does not cover fully. Further the shop does not issue receipts to customers. As I reached home, realised that the screen protector looks disfigured with lots of bubbles in the middle of my phone. Very obstructing to my reading on phone screen. Due to my busy schedule, I had to tolerate this & went back to the shop a few days later and asked why. The staff remained silent & did not offer any explanation or apologies. Instead, she went to press down my phone hoping the bubbles will disappear. It has been a few days, obviously the glue would have dried. It is definitely hopeless to keep pressing this way and I am afraid you will break the protector and damage my phone. I had to ask for a replacement before she reluctantly turned behind to get a new protector. There is only a few reasons for this. Either the shop’s protector is lousy or the staff dont have the skill to put the screen protector or a combination of both. I guess it's my fault for choosing to get the protector from this shop and for being naive to believe what the staff promised as a full screen protector. Just my luck. $28 is too costly for this kind of protector & for all the trouble I had to specially travel back to the store to get a replacement. Strong discourage to patron this shop unless you don’t mind such lousy product & service!

Came here to repair cracked iPhone screen and gotten bumper and new screen protector. Friendly staff. Hassle free repair and quite fast. Price is alright for me, cheaper than a previous shop I went. So far so good.

Super rude customer service by this old aunty. Asked her questions , she misheard, and instead of apologising, she exploded at us. Won’t ever purchase from this shop anymore.

Hi, I would like to complain about the guy who was rude to his customers. Here’s the full story. We had a problem with iphone 11 pro max. We explained to him and another lady what happened. He (another technician) told us that it was LCD problem. So we are willing to pay 370 dollars to fix it. Few hours later, it start to turn off by itself and restart again and again. So we decided to come back the next day. They were quite nice actually. We came the next day, we saw different person at the shop and he (the rude guy) didn’t pay attention to us while we were standing in-front of him. After quite some time, he saw us and he acknowledged us without feeling welcome. He look like he wasn’t happy at all to help us. After that, we just addressed what happened and the problem we are facing. He was blaming on us by not telling another technician in details, but actually we did. Then he was quite rude with the response and he raised his voice at us. He called someone to clarify. Right after the call he ask us whether we wanted a refund or not. And we said yes. He was not happy with the answer. And show faces towards us. We witness even worst than our experience. Another customer of his wanted to collect his phone, he raised his voice and said “I call u 2 times why never pick up”. He is lucky enough that the customer was very calm and tell him nicely that the phone is with him. How can he work in this line with his rudeness? We were willing to be reasonable with him but he was really rude with his customers. We were disappointed with the service and there is no professionalism at all. Please, try to improve on customer service. Thank you.
