Bad experience here. Staff are disorganised and slow. If I didn’t need my contacts desperately I would have walked.

Relatively cheapee than other spectacle shops. Shop assistants/owner are really friendly :)

Our experience at this outlet was great! The lady who served us was Joey Liu and her service attitude was exceptional. She was very friendly, helpful and patient towards us. Despite us taking a long time to decide on the frame and lens, she never once hurried us and chatted with us on her views. She also constantly suggested multiple spectacle frames which were suitable for us during our visit too. I highly recommend this outlet to anyone planning to get a new spectacles. 5 star from me and my family!

26/01/2022 1.29PM Just fyi, i had left a good review year ago of remarkable service which this outlet services but now i decided to change the review as i could not accept a ridiculous bad and irresponsible services. As previously i bought 2 branded specs from this company with the sales confident telling me that this model is always on stock and as well for the parts and also promised that the after service is top notch But came to my suprise that today i take out 1 of the spec from the box and one side of the frame is oxided ( greeny things ) and what shocked me is the plastic even drop off - do take note this is just taken out from the box. I visited this outlet at harbour front and mentioned the situation to the sales person, without any alternative he told me that the spec is no more manufacturing and nothing they could do not even help to wash it off. Really dissapointed when it come to purchase everything is ok, but when got problem nothing can be done. Review a year ago: Totally satisfied with the service at this outlets and highly recommend! Before this, I’m encountered a bad experience with other spectacle hut outlets which giving me a very dishonest and sarcastic attitude.. Mr. Jin changed my view and thoughts of bad impression caused by other Spectacle Hut outlets which i had experienced previously. I wish to give Mr. Jin 5 star of rate if possible, and Fyi he is the sales in- charge for my purchase for twice and will definitely look for him in future for my next purchase as well!! Mr. Jin is very friendly, helpful and very professional!! Usually the duty of sales person is trying to get every penny out of your pocket, but he is super different with others which you might experienced at other outlets!! He will try to help you save the penny from the unnecessary and will also provide professional advise for your concerns!! ( which Im not sure if his boss will mad bout him after reading my comment) Only the right and honest attitude will lead to long term of coming business! Horrible overall experience for many months with optrimetrist with 2 of their outlets. Kept shirking responsibilities. Pls dont purchase any lenses.

first time visiting this outlet and had an incredibly pleasant experience i want to especially affirm Ms Zita who was extremely helpful, proactive and efficient. she was well-versed with the store items and could recommend the most suitable contacts to me. she was observant and noticed my spectacles’ nose pads were a little dirty so she offered to help me change them. she was also very patient when checking my eye degree, ensuring that the degree of my contacts were accurate. the eye checkup wasnt rushed like many other spectacle shops and i felt like i was in good hands thank you Ms Zita~~
