Love and Co. Vivo City - Engagement Diamond rings and Wedding Bands - 1 HarbourFront Walk

On 1st Aug I was at the Vivo city walking around the jewellery shop . I went up to 3 different shops none of the sales assistants where there to help or even greet me. But when I walk past by Love&Co.. Bonnie greeted me and I just casually ask “does your shop only sell wedding rings” she acknowledges me say “we do carry normal diamond rings as well. So she usher me to take a look at some of the rings and I told her I am wearing a diamond ring that I bought 20 years ago and this would be my second purchase. Bonnie carefully chooses different types of designs but I told her most of them are way off my budget . Then she told me since I am already wearing a simple diamond ring why not get The Tiara collection. I was awed and impressed with her suggestion & without hesitation I bought the ring she suggested which is within my budget. She is very well mannered and I am impressed with her sales skills . I am in customers service line for a very long time . Your company has made the right choice of employing Bonnie. She did not made me uncomfortable even when I told her that I can’t really afford those diamonds rings she showed me . Whereas other shops kind of give me a weird and uncomfortable feeling and lost a transaction by stereotyping potential customers. So thank you for giving me this beautiful ring and I will definitely give thumbs up and recommend to others as well.

They show us latest collections and go through patiently about the design, size, and prices. We feel we are professionally and respectfully taken care. Was recommended by a friend of mine as he got his engagement ring here. I decided to take a look with my other half and booked an appointment with Bonnie. She was very patient with us and help us to decide on the preferred ring suitable for the lady. In the end we got to try out and compare and 1.5hrs just flew by in an instance. Manage to be convinced to get the Précieux series engagement ring. All in all very happy with the services and patience during the session itself. We got our wedding bands from them!! Abigail Song was assisting us throughout the whole process of us choosing the perfect design. She was very thoughtful as well for the female ring, considering that if I get pregnant it will be an issue if we get it too small. Overall, Abigail was really sweet & patient with us.
