What an asset she is to the company with her professional service. Am so impressed! Will come back and shop for more as the jewellery is so pretty and delicate.

As I already knew what I needed to get after researching online, she listened attentively and prepared all the items I needed. She also took initiative to show me the actual product on display to ensure expectations were aligned. β β β β β I was already a fan of their jewellery having shopped at the online store, and am writing this review to say thank you for the wonderful service we received at the physical store today! Came here while on a search for christmas cards and was pleasantly surprised to have found some beautiful cards stocked here. Sarah was tremendously helpful and patient in helping us get what we needed during this festive season. We also left with a nice piece of jewellery. The store is well laid out and we didnβt feel cramped or swamped during our shopping experience (despite it being in an open area). Highly recommend you check them out in person or online!

β β β β β I had a great shopping experience at the store at VivoCity. Went on 12 Feb 2022 for the sweetheart collection as there was an ongoing promotion. The staff there were very helpful and patient. Upon payment, Ms Serene made the effort to help me calculate which promotion would give me the biggest saving. I bought 7 items altogether and while I was deciding which items to buy, Ms serene patiently took the items out for me to put against my skin. Ms Annisa was busy as there were other customers in the store. Nonetheless, she showed no displeasure when I told her I would like to make separate payments. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this store! Thanks for making the experience first class! (:
